    Thank you for your video on organ reset. I am not quite sure I am on all the organs I am recharging and repairing....(spleen, pancreas?) and was "winging it" with where "the trap" in the back of my neck is? - If you could explain where that is for us newbies it would be greatly appreciated - Thank you again !

    Just found this by way of instagram. I didn’t feel much while doing the exercises, but I’m feeling light pins and needles sensations all over now- a few minutes later. Not unpleasant, but very unexpected. My arms, upper legs and abdominal area. I’ll keep doing this because now I’m really curious to see what happens next. Expecting good things.

      Pins and needles feeling can be one of two things. 1) a blockage of a nerve pathway - This one is usually uncomfortable. 2) Opening up of the fascia - which is a new sensation and very common experience when doing this exercise. In this case its a good thing :)

      when breathing through your mouth it accesses different parts of your body. The not breathing through the mouth is about how you breath the whole time.

    hey, I just did first exercise, and I had a lot of pressure in my lower large I dont know its name now, but It was really a lot of pressure, when i push a bit it felt like pure pain.
    Now, I got up, and boy was there a lot of pain, i did that, with deep breathes, that I also with breathing moved my belly really down, liek suck it down, and then up a lot, and massaging in circular motion, and did what you did, and now, I feel a lot better, now when I press down it has no pressure. Im not sure where all the gas got out, but now, I feel really nice , though, Id have to check at my doctor cause I get bloated all time, though thanks, I will do these whenever I feel bloated.
    I will also try drinking peppermint tea

    its really crazy! I love your exercises, much thanks to you from Germany! But I'm not sure, if I am doing the thing right with my hands. I always feel lke im doing it wrong and like I cant hold or pull the fascia with my hands. Is there a trick?

    I’m going to start this today. I was curious how beneficial this is for Lyme disease? I have serious depression that was caused from the Lyme. Never knew what depression was until I got flu from Lyme and smoked weed( weed helped me when I was sick for anything else except this time). Then I saw red shaked uncontrollably and next day woke up with diminished processing power, lost of words, no interest in anything, serious memory loss. Makes me sad because it’s hard to remember my life and makes it feel like what’s the point of it if you can’t remember the good times. Thanks for your service ! I pray that this is going to help me tremendously!

    I had laparotomie surgeries with net sublay🙈 and my belly is still li ke 7 month pregnant. My belly button tucked in the scarve. So some areas are numb because of the nerve damage some painful. I dont feel really whats underneath or inside. Can I do this? 🙏

    Is there a moment to do it? Like IS it better in the morning, or evening? Cause I started doing it an hour and a half after eating and had to stop as I was feeling pretty nauseous, really thought I was gonna throw up... Is it normal?

    Just did this for the first time. Felt a tingle sensation in my body especially my arms and hands, but then I felt panic and fear. I have neen struggling with anxiety/panic. Is this normal? Is there anything else I should be doing?

    I did this and after the thyroid one I immediately felt like I needed to throw up. I dry heaved about four times, got lightheaded, and then my body started to sweat. Not sure if I had a panic moment or what…not sure how I feel about doing it again.

    Thank you for this valuable lesson. I noticed you inhale through mouth rather than in through nose and out through mouth as per typical deep breathing exercises...is there a specific reason for this?

      Great question! Yes, diaphragm breathing sends breath to our lower zones (belly) and nose breathing sends it to our upper zone, the chest area. Playing with breathing adjusts the pressure in different zones in our body!

    This is so fascinating. Just tried this for the first time. Felt really dizzy and light-headed during the exercises (maybe from the deep breathing?) and arms and legs felt weak when I went down the stairs afterwards. Is this normal?

      This can happen, the dizziness generally comes from layers of the fascia opening up. If it opens in the intestines it creates a rush in the head.

      This technique/modality is certainly achieved with someone/ a therapist you trust. In observation, by trying this breathing and the intentions yourself you can also self care. The breathing helps you understand the intensity you are willing to endure. Also by you starting yourself, when you meet the therapist you need you'll be able to teach them about your needs.

      Hi Victoria, congratulations on joining the reset! We recommend doing this practice daily for the 28 days, when you wake up and before bed would be ideal, so twice a day if you can! For busy schedules at least once, and you can also sneak these in throughout your day, although beneficial they don't always have to be completed together in a sequence. We like to combine these into our lifestyle and sprinkle them in throughout the day while working, or on breaks.
      Rather than thinking of fascial maneuvers as a routine, think of them as tools to reduce stress in the body, and as part of your lifestyle! By the time our day is done we have gotten in all of our movements and never had to schedule a block of time!

    I thought the liver is located on the right side of the body, but when you did the 3rd release point at 2 minutes in, you said the liver is located on the left 🤔

      @@HumanGarage If you listen carefully in the video I said we are going to do the gallbladder and you also have the liver here (on the right side). When doing the stomach i mentioned the liver because the liver is right next to it in the center and they can get stuck on each other.

      Yes, or on the back of your neck. Anywhere on the body will work, but we have found these areas to work well! The theory behind this is based on the flow of Meridians which can be understood from the perspective of Chinese Medicine.

    I got these weird sensation within my body, especially when I touched my bladder. I also began to get extremely warm, almost hot. I almost started sweating.

      That’s pretty normal. I just means that there’s a lot of activity around there and the bladder holds our fear mechanism. There’s a lot of that going around right now. Thank you for the comment

    i did this, got super dizzy halfway through. then was sick within a few hours, diarrhea, fever… could it be the toxins releasing or just a coincidence?

      I don’t think it’s a coincidence. That means your body was ready to clear some thing very fast. If that’s the case it should only take a day or two. Epson salt bath with salt water and baking soda will help

      You could just lightly put your hands on the area and that will work as well. No torsion are torque is required It just adds a little extra physical action on the body

      Great Question!
      It is to connect to and circulate our internal energy, the back of the trap contains a highway of energy pathways called meridians- anywhere on the body can work, but we use this area since it is more sensitive. The left hand receives, right hand gives, in this way we use our hands to charge our organs like a battery!

      You do your best to put your hands in the general areas. If you’re not able to create enough torque that’s OK as well. Just putting your hands in the two areas and breathing. I hope this helps I’m not sure if this answers your question

      Just by putting the hands there you are accessing the organ. This works on everybody
