Update: I ordered and installed this unit myself and it was so easy. This specific video got me 90% of the way there but I needed some troubleshooting help and their customer support was brilliant. There was just one different step I needed to do but there was also a video for that. The unit comes with a lot of optional wires which the manual could do better job at explaining but if you're using the car's original reverse camera and not adding any other external devices than it really is as easy as this video shows. For reference I have a 2018 Audi Q3 (high version).

@dravenhaefs6163 My reply keeps disappearing so I'm going to try to reply this way. Here is the other video that helped me: ua-cam.com/video/PwFLn7YiiF4/v-deo.html. It starts at 1:00 in and relates to the Gateway plug. If you find that yours doesn't fit in the AC gateway plug then you'll want to follow this other video's instructions for how to connect the gateway plug underneath the steering wheel instead. Hope this helps!

How many inches is the screen? Is this a carplay kit for mazda in your site? Coz the screen seems larger than the audi q3 carplay which is only 9inch. Tell me if the mazda is compatible as well.

@@Seicane-Car-DVD For some reason, when the radio is connected to aux, I hear a clicking sound in the speakers for about 3 seconds. There is no such thing in the native tape recorder.

At 3.25 min , the part to te air conditioner , some people connect it to the gateway under the steering wheel
@@AB-th8ze Yes this was exactly the case for me that tripped me up during the installation but their customer support guided me to connect it under the steering wheel.

hi, you can check if there is still any voltage on the canbus when the screen turns off. it is has, there is an issue with the canbus possibly.

how do I turn it off, when I turn off the car the navigation does not close, it stays on all the time
the device is controlled by ACC cable. If the car engine is off, the car key is removed, and the doors are locked, the screen will turn off.
the acc cable does not fit me. must it be connected to the black box in the glove box?
@@Dj_razvan_micu if the gateway cable doesn't fit the one in your AC unit then you need to connect it to the red gateway under the steering wheel. This was the same case for me.

Can I buy that power cable? I was sent one which needs to connect to CANBUS which is larger connected and does not fit to the AC controller
hi, it is better to buy the power cable from where you bought the screen to make sure functions works properly.
So I have a random issue with mine I got elsewhere. It doesn't shut off when the car does. Think it's slowly killing me battery.
Woke up this morning with it dead as hell.
I installed as shown in this video, but had to connect to red CAN behind AC, not yellow because of what I received - I had same issue it would not turn off @handsomegrandson so I took it out

@@Handsomegrandson It works with the car's original reverse camera automatically. That was one of my biggest concerns but it worked without doing anything extra.
