How can i remove my bed from my room I am very habitual of sleeping in the afternoon Basically I sleep from 2pm to 7pm regularly I always try not to sleep but at the end i feel so much sleepy It's not that i Don't get enough sleep at night I also take 7-8 hours of sleep at night. Hey Bhoomika…try consulting an ayurvedic doctor once. I used to have this …turned out to be a kapha imbalance. (Kapha, vata and pitta are the 3 body types). In a few weeks of therapy it became a lot better

You can watch your favourite movie or listening to music. Another thing, you can wash your eyes with cold water and try to walk fast and fast. It will help you very much as I myself have used this method.

But with time I have learnt to not take things very serious, just don't care alot about people. And it's okay if you are not feeling emotionally well, time heals everything 😊😊and you can talk to me as your big sister ❣️

If your parents can't trust you right now, doesn't mean they never will but that will need to be shown from your side also. And in most cases families want what's best for us. To i would suggest to focus on 12th and getting into a good college - and that would be the easiest way to win back their trust and also to establish yourself as a grown adult :)
Hi daheya, now i have started working from office i feel like my teammates do not care for me and i feel helpless sometimes but in reality they are quite helpful and supporting....i am not sure why i feel so bad when they assign a task to me
if this is your first time working, it could be the entire stress of a transition from an earlier environment like school or college. If not, then it would help to talk to your HR or the office psychologist to seek help. It gets easier to deal once you know what's causing the issue :)
