Ahhhhhhmazing oversized windows 🤩, some beautiful finishes 👌, but the shiplap above the fireplace 😧 The stone should of carried through to the ceiling, it shortens the height instead of showcasing it. Beautiful entry, but simple chandelier, bummer. 🫤 Great idea regarding the garages. Also, hopefully there's a rendition already done for a pool option. A pool would really elevate the yard. 👏
Overall, it's a very nice property, with a lot of good ideas that can be developed & expanded on. 🙌💯

You would definitely want to discuss a pool options before the build started. You would need the right lot and this configuration would probably not work unless you wanted to give up your backyard. Adding a pool after completion or after they have started is going to be a really tough project and very expensive. We don't really see pools in new builds anymore unless its something special or a custom build.

Lived in AZ the last 4 years- uhhmazing life. Had to come back to Cali for unfortunate family issue- what a Wasteland! No ones happy- no one even knows theyre being overcharged for Gas & Groceries 😑
Its just unhappy people. Im thinkin Boise after this is over. Tons of Patriots and nice homes there.
