I got mine on Tuesday , I can actually pull the chain. I thought it was like yours but when I pull it through and it works.

I love the caviar leather and the gold chain, but for now they just have the lambskin and light gold chain, do i have to wait till the season change to get one like yours ?
Love this video. I have the small classic flap bag and I am thinking of getting the woc for casual day wear. I'd love to get a mini in caviar but really can't justify the price. Love hearing that you reach for your woc more. Can I ask where you got your necklaces they are fab 💗
That’s exactly how I feel about the classic flaps now too! I’ve been eyeing the small flap for years but I can’t justify it now. I purchased my necklaces from a local jewelry store called Joydrop!

Hi. First and foremost I want to say I admire your beauty. Anyway, I got the same bag a month ago and I am wondering if you have indentations from the upper zipper like mine. I have not asked my SA about it yet. Please share how do you prevent it from happening.
You are so sweet, thank you so much for the kind words Kate! ❤️ I just checked my bag, and so far I don't have any indentations from the zipper yet. To help with that issue, I am always very careful to make sure my zipper is folded flat before I try to close my bag up. Another thing that I find to be helpful is not to overstuff the bag. When you put too many items in the bag and try to close it up, the bag itself has to stretch a bit more and the leather flap to close the bag also has to reach further, which makes the zipper and the leather flap rub up against each other more. I'm sorry for such a delayed response but I hope this helps!

What kind of base shaper did you get? Is it the velvet suede in burgundy or leather in red?
Hi Kimberly, I have the leather in red. But if I could do it again I would get the velvet suede so it’s not as scratchy around the corners.

Hi Irene, I saw your previous video about the chanel woc and how you would never purchase it but I see that you did. What changed your mind? I would like to get one.
The biggest thing was that I was looking for the perfect Chanel bag to travel with easily. One that I can pack away and that is made with a more durable leather. The fact it can be dressed up or down was also a big deciding factor. Honestly, I wasn’t sure I wanted it but I went to see it in store and I fell in love with how beautiful it really is.

Yayyy, congrats on your purchase!!! I personally always have mine in so that it’s ready to go whenever I need it. The base shaper I got also has some sharper edges so I’d rather leave it in than constantly taking it in and out and risk scratching up the leather more.

Yes- my chain does slide through the little leather tunnel. Try holding your chain on both sides and moving it back and fourth. Please let me know. Thank you!!

Welcome to the family!! It’s considered a seasonal item in Chanel, so what they bring out changes every season. When I purchased mine, there were only gold hardware options. Just wait and they’ll eventually come out with the combination you want! I bought mine from a boutique in Alberta!

Mine was actually given to me by my Chanel SA! But I know a lot of times, they run out so if that’s the case, you can order them online from places like Etsy, Amazon, etc.
I got this bag because of this video but the quilting of mine is more deflated and not as shiny as yours. Mine is made in Italy, I wonder if that is why. I'm not sure if you mentioned in your video but from where was your made?
Hi Christine, I’m so sorry to hear that! Mine was made in France, but I know that each batch is different with the leather and their shine, puffiness, etc. I’ve had another viewer tell me the same thing before and they actually returned it to wait for another one.

Are you still carrying this woc with protective sticker on? I have taken it out but there are scratches now especially on the magnetic area, which I know it's inevitable. Saw it somewhere on purse forum that the sticker will cause the hardware to tarnish over time thats why thinking to get probably a protective sticker online to protect it

@@IreneSimply thank you! I have caviar pieces and just got my first lambskin in the trendy cc WOC. I’ve had a beige Clair medium since 2013 and a reissue small since 2011 and they almost look new. I got the jumbo caviar last month but almost wanted a lambskin but was scared so I went with a smaller piece instead for now
