I Did Not Want To Catch This Monster Fish! (FISHING GIANT SPILLWAY)

First river rip of the season. Love fishing this giant spillway for big cats and whatever else bites. One thing about big rivers like the Mississippi is you never know what's going to bite next. Started off looking for some catfish in current breaks and got a few. Ended up running threw some overflow squares and picking up a couple bonus fish and one that I was not trying to catch. Muskies are closed here and will be open soon so maybe have to back and try for a few when it opens. With that water levels are way up and still going up witch makes it hard to fish most spots but I will be back for the cats real soon so stay tuned.

My dad always uses the gas up in his gas tanks in the fall so his engines sit around all winter empty. He does this to his lawnmowers and weedwackers even

We've all been there with outboard issues, but the water in the gas tank on the first trip of the year is preventable, and i think you learned what to do (or not do) next time. Come on, though, you've got to leave the ramp with a fully charged trolling motor battery!! Murry would be disappointed, even if you weren't in the Boy Scouts I thought you'd be more prepared than that.
