I agree. This album suffers a lot from what seems to me to be a "herd effect", in which 90% of people say it's a bad album just because they hear some of the same people repeating it over time. If you ask, they can't say the name of a single song, at least they've heard the whole album. I use the same analogy for Metallica's St Anger, just because of the lack of a mat on the drum snare drum, they reduce this album to the level of some shit released by Nick Minaj etc.
That's true. Sometimes everybody does something because everybody does something . I've perceived this effect on many kind of situations, not just music.
It doesn’t deserve the hate but it deserves the criticism just like Virtual XI. They’re enjoyable albums but way subpar compared to other Iron Maiden albums. I still listen to them and many people do, just don’t make them out to be better than they are.
Huge bummer there's only tiny clips from this show. This could've possibly been the best soundboard show captured from the X Factour--great sound, and it's early in the tour before his voice is blown out doing Bruce tracks that Maiden buffoonishly didn't downtune for him.
MTV probably has it archived and stored. They generally had to record entire shows to select clips from for these sections, so I'm sure they have the whole show in their vaults. I know this is possible because I came across a soundboard bootleg of an At the Gates show from 1993 from Nottingham Rock City. MTV / Headbanger's Ball only had a few clips from the show and the interviews on their segment back then. I didn't think the whole recording existed until I stumbled across it. So MTV probably has a lot in their vaults.

Sad thing about this particular show is that wherever it exists--if it's even in releasable condition anymore, depending on the storage--is that it never will see the light of day. Barely anyone knows about it, and only a small contingent would clamor for it to be released, even for free on UA-cam. The band certainly wouldn't, since they seem fairly content in pretending Bruce is the only singer that mattered in Maiden history.
I love this song!! Blaze was so awesome. I saw the X Factor tour at a club! It was freaking insane! OMFG. It was so epic I can't even begin to describe it. I just wish it was the whole song.

Its true it doesn't get the credit or accolades it deserves but who the hell hates this song or the album as a whole.
The main reason is that the recording was awful. Restored version is way better.
