Shaving techniques I use that helped with itching and ingrown *(disclaimer: change this to your liking, this is just what worked for me)* : 1.Trim first. 2. Use hot or warm water to losen the hair and skin. 3. Alove vera gel is the best for shaving cream, use this to shave, plus a 5 blade razor. 4. Pull skin as you shave. 5. Exfoliate: i used baking soda. 6. Clean using a gentle soap. 7. Moisturize: i use aloe vera gel for this too, than i put pure rosehip seed oil on after. 8. Let her breathe, no tight clothing

That's what I was thinking, I've had body issues since I was a kid, and everything has just gotten worse as I've gotten older (my health issues didn't help, plus the pressure from society etc.) every Christmas/birthday my grandmother will usually get me a Victoria's Secret gift card (or I'll ask for one if she calls asking me if there's anything I would particularly like) and I go online and order cute underwear. As odd as it sounds, it has REALLY helped me feel sexy in my own skin.

I just have to say, please explore menstrual cups again- you will quickly see (in about 2/3 cycles) that your period does NOT smell. Like no smell. Pads are also filled with chemicals (as are tampons like you said) and that is what makes our periods seem to smell. I've used menstrual cups for three years now and they are LIFE! Menstrual cups are amazing for the pocket and the planet. Love you lady xxx

That depo shot was one of the worst experiences I’ve had. It was my first and last time trying birth control and honestly I don’t think I’ve been the same since. The depression that I had was so scary and at a time in my life when there was so much going on, it was STRESSFUL. I’m grateful my mom noticed the signs. I only got 2 shots and I don’t think I got to the point where my period stopped because I was spotting every single day for a month 😒😑 but not I’d rather not try to alter something that happens naturally, I embrace my femininity and everything with it! 💞

I keep my nails long usually and I use the disposable cups, not the Diva brand reusable, and really you just have to be careful with it. I've scratched myself once maybe, but it helps if you kinda bend your fingers a bit so your nails are away from the inside walls of your coochie

I actually have the adverse effects from birth control. I've been on the pill since i was 16 (10 years) for mood and cycle regulation. Not only was I super irregular (twice a month, or sometimes just 14 days straight), but I have PMDD. So I spent a lot of time severely depressed and unable to focus. But it works WONDERS for me. My family can attest to that. What I like about the pill though is having control, like if I want to stop.

When it comes to birth control, I’ve had my IUD (copper coil - natural) for 3 years now. I got it after I got my daughter in my teens and I’ve really never had a problem with it (everyone is different - google is your friend). You don’t have to remember to take it either!! I love it!
