Yeah, the theory about Aemond sleeping with Helaena is a conspiracy, but I don´t think the show elabotrates, because according to the books; their third child Maelor is chosen by Helaena to be killed by Blood and Cheese. Which has people thinking that Maelor could be Aemond's and Jaehaerys being Aegon's only son.
