im a local … used to love durians when i was younger ; ate it in its various forms and methods cakes cookies even with plain rice … then came a long period when i absolutely hate durians even the smell made me nauseous … now im slowly starting to like it back … the last time managed to wallop a dozen pieces … heaven …

Durian best to eat without glove so that you can feel the texture of the durian 1st hand...to eat Durian at the next level you need to add sticky rice+coconut milk+ a bit of salt & sugar. Try it you will addicted to it after that..😋😋😋

The best durian is when it truly ripe and its flesh smooth, not too watery but not too hard also. Buying durian in seal packet like that, you can test the quality by touching the flesh first.

Blackthorn is same level as Musang King. Last time 'Jetlag Warriors' of Toronto & 'iChang RM' of Japan were also like durian.
