See, THIS is a proper depiction of Spider-Man, not like the recent run (Zeb Wells). He's a skilled fighter with a brilliant, unconventional and cunning mind able to outwit and outmaneuver experienced heroes. At the same time, he's friendly, tries to resolve things peacefully and is incredibly insightful and as such, doesn't get caught up in typical villain tricks. It's like in Astonishing X-Men, when the world was almost destroyed by a giant bullet and all the heroes were caught in an illusion of them saving the world. Peter was the only one to realize something was off and broke free. @Xorn Goh might have misunderstood points when reading but from what I've seen, she still needs to breathe and her powers just helps with breathing in the vacuum of space. So if this is correct then the suffocation would work.
The twists with Peter switching the device, them all being controlled, the grand reveal of the master plan, and Peter tampering with the device because he (sort of) predicted *all* of it reads like an episode of Death Note
Spiderman isnt quite as strong as their strongest, or as brilliant as their smartest, but he is strong enough, smart enough, fast enough, and skilled enough that he can handle the avengers with the right plan. I kind a like how both are convinced the OTHER side is mind controlled and try to remain friendly and non-lethal during their fight. In so many superhero fights, both sides are so serious and try to actually hurt each other. Here you can see both the Avengers and Spider-Man pull their punches, try to remain non-lethal and they constantly try to talk it out in a friendly manner.
Hes also said before that the stronger his opponents are the stronger he gets because he can't afford to hold back. Holding back against any one avenger is suicide. Him vs the entire team...
if your wondering why he thought their friendship didnt feel right, its probably because of a mix of his intelligence and the multiverse web, or the spider queen. in other words his spider sense.

not even close... He beat a herald of Galactus single-handedly, someone who beat the Silver Surfer, something that took the entire Avengers to accomplish, sometimes fail. The entire X-Men couldn't lay a hand on him, on multiple occasions. That time only Quicksilver can tag him. He beat the Hulk with a joke. This story is like him having fun.

He got away for a few minutes. He used his time very wisely, but he wasn't evading them for hours on end or anything. Not sure if I'd say he humbled them. Other then Carol who can't handle web fluid for some reason (Couldn't she just pull it out? Or fire some energy through her mouth?)

Bear in mind that part of Peter's powerset is enhanced nerve conduction velocity. When he needs to, he can ramp up the clock speed on his mental processor considerably. Black Panther said 'he's had about 12 hours'. For Peter, that's probably subjectively about 30 days without needing to sleep, all planned into figuring out strategies to get through this challenge. There's a reason he made it look easy. None of them could be prepared for his prep time multiplier.
This Spider-Man has YEARS of experience and knowledge of the Avengers’s powers and personalities from those years of interactions. MCU Spider-Man barely had months of experience before meeting Tony and the others, and even then he was kept on the bench handling New York’s mundane problems because he’s still in High School. Just saying!
I kinda like the twist with the Manipulator, it did feel weird that spidey was trying so hard to get the thing to some guy that had never been brought up
"Captain Marvel grabs him by the throat and forces him to surrender. But Spidey's got a trick up his sleeve, he pops a capsule in her mouth and fills it with web fluid" WHAT IS GOING ON OUT THERE?😕📸
Sinister Six, X-Men, Avengers, just another day of Spider-Man casually taking on and humiliating an entire team of super-powered individuals. Black Panther is the only one who fully acknowledged Spider-Man’s capabilities and warned everyone not to underestimate him. They didn’t listen and got humbled.

But seriously… a genius guy like Bruce mentoring another genius with powers like Peter sounds like a nightmare for villains, regardless if it would be in a Marvel style New York or a DC style Gotham.
@@trevinodude wait What's the Marvel style New York you're talking about?
Aint no way he humbled comic accurate captain marvel with spider glizzy
Epic editing: ooh boy i started a whole ass debate over glizzy 🗿
😭
He busted in her mouth and it worked lol
This definitely doesn't make sense. She can fly through space without any special devices or aid, meaning she can get oxygen somehow or she does not need oxygen at all. Being suffocated by webbing is definitely impossible and lazy writing.
@Xorn Goh might have misunderstood points when reading but from what I've seen, she still needs to breathe and her powers just helps with breathing in the vacuum of space. So if this is correct then the suffocation would work.
☠☠☠
The twists with Peter switching the device, them all being controlled, the grand reveal of the master plan, and Peter tampering with the device because he (sort of) predicted *all* of it reads like an episode of Death Note
Damn... Pete busted his sauce all over CM's throat
There aint no way spidy busted some web in captain marvel's mouth 💀
don't make it sound Sus and yes he did inside her mouth
Came and went🗿
Stop 😭
Spiderman isnt quite as strong as their strongest, or as brilliant as their smartest, but he is strong enough, smart enough, fast enough, and skilled enough that he can handle the avengers with the right plan. Remember this is the dude who is CONSTANTLY fighting villain alliances of his personal rogues gallery. And winning.
He Is fighting Villain alliances WHILE HOLDING BACK. My guy Is built different
@@rupom5881 If Peter really wanted it, he could easily destroy the villain armies.
Mf is built diferent, overpowered as fuck, not only that, he has gigantic Rizz. He is the Gigachad of Marvel
There are plenty of heroes that get by and punch above their weight class just based on the level of intelligence and cleverness that Pete shows constantly (OG Blue Beetle, Daredevil, etc). Now give that person ten ton strength, far above human reflexes and a precognitive sense that lets you know about any and all incoming threats, and you now have a real threat on your hands.
No he wouldnt be able to handle the avengers with the right plan. He would get annihilated if the avengers actually were trying to hurt or kill him
He’s the Obi-Wan Kenobi of Marvel Comics
Peter parker Single Handedly beats the best superhero team in the main continuity and yet he loses to a child who has same power as him, invisibility and electricity coz Plot armor feels good man
He beat them while they were being mind controlled lol.
@@ceral1871 it wasn't a "go brainless" type of mind control, so it counts still
Let's be fair miles does have the same powers and bonus invisibility and tazors
@@h1_hru Miles was very young at the time even compared to ultimate spiderman, invisibility can be countered by spider sense, and Peter's shaken off way more powerful electric powers.
The only explanation is 616 Peter lowered his strength to common crook fighting tier cause miles was a kid. For some reason, his mental locks effects the damage he takes as well, otherwise many villains would break their hands trying to punch Peter. The only out of universe explanation is bad writing.
@@ceral1871 mind controlled or not they are still the avengers. I am not sure if I remember this right but Miles lost to either the Ultimates or some knockoff avengers miserably. And in this comic Peter beat avengers who were still sane and still had their brain motor functions running.
Also my issue is that in this comic, you see Peter's Experience, wits, and battle IQ but still lost to a kid with some of his powers and the invisibility which is useless against him and Electricity which mind you peter parker before took a full blown electro shock attack with no gimmicks to block it and survived and was still conscious
(do mind you that it has been said that canonically Peter parker has a higher level strength than other spider people and that spider people strength grows as they grow)
by no means should a punch from a flimsy kid essentially knockout a grown ass Olympic athlete adult
Ironically Peter always performs better when he's fighting entire groups. I think it's cause he doesn't have time to psyche himself out.
Wasn't the blue text from the Watcher? Presumably based on the last text boxes from the video he nudged Spidey in the right direction- hard to tell without more context, but that's my head canon.
@@Eheroduelist Close, but no cigar. Captain America, with his instincts and ability to sense and deduce things better, on the other hand, called out the correct person playing the various Avengers. If I'm not wrong, and my understanding of what people who actually read the series isn't as well, the person was directing and guiding the Avengers as teams and individuals.
This is part of a series of single-issue fights that are tied to some bigger plot.
I thought it would be that they'd been friends for quite a while and nothing bad had happened to the guy. Bad things always happen to Spiderman's friends
Spiderman really hit everyone with: "never let them know your next move."
The fact that Spider-Man just needed 12 hours to figure out how to beat ALL the avengers while batman needed months says something.
In the 80s Secret Wars he also easily beated all the X-Men of that year.
I think versatility really helps spiderman because of his web slinging skills
Spiderman just manages to outrun Avengers.Batman has plans ready for to destroy the whole JL from existence. No offense just two different characters without the need for comparison.
@@S.A.F707 your right there’s no need to compare. Death battle already proved who is better.
@@pyrus0zero death battle got nothing to do with comparison. It's literally wrong most of the time
Avengers rolling up to play checkers, not realizing Pete’s game is 4D chess
You are clowns
This is why Spider-man is the freaking best and always will be. He has the heart, intelligence, and good soul as a true hero for all ages. Plus having a hot bod and a sharp comedy wit is a nice bonus. 🕷❤💙
2:12 “ we don’t want to hurt you” *as he brutally kicks him*
I remember the other comic where spiderman beats down king pin to humiliation. It shows that spiderman is always holding back ever since

Captain Marvel needs to ask MJ for advice on how to deal with Spidey's sticky webbing

Yes
Tbf, so are they
@@gumslice not Captain Marvel, She-hulk, iron man or Thor. Maybe cap.
@@robertcoggeshall3071 He actually might be able to kill Iron Man with one real punch depending on how old or not advanced his armor is. Peter's actual strength is enough to easily shatter concrete.
@@mountainshark3416 Spiderman can't even knock down a brick wall. He shouldn't ever be able to damage iron mans armor. One time he fought iron man 2020 and destroyed his armor, which to me is bs. He's so weak he couldn't break out of a locked warehouse in home coming.
2:50 i like how he says "they can't find ME anywhere" but i loved it lol
Spidey gave her a mouthful
Bro was universes ahead of them💀
Virgin
This just shows how powerful spiderman is
not even close...
You do realize that spiderman is extremely strong and smart. How? Spiderman never shows us his real power because he doesn't want to accidentally kill someone
Peter Parker webbed into marvel’s mouth. Lucky guy.
Black panther “we don’t want to hurt you Peter”
*Says this while kicking him*
At least she didn’t get it in her eyes.
Yup women hate that
I came for thumbnail...
Its not everyday you see Spiderman filling up Captain Marvels mouth with his white sticky web...
Other than a very few slip ups (not all were his fault like when he had the black suit), Peter is an honestly good person. People like him across the Marvel Universe, including Deadpool.
See kids. Batman isn't the only one who has prep time
Spider-Man at the end telling Captain Marvel he's sorry he filled her mouth with fluid without really saying it.
"That's right doll. I was in disguise, in disguise, in disguise. You work hard for fifty bucks a day in this racket."
*Never underestimate the intelligence of Spider-Man, and that's a fact!*
If this channel didn't have any dignity the title would've been something like:
"spiderman FILLS Captain Marvel THROAT and proceeds to get away swiftly😮"
This guy clickbaits a lot for some reason
THAT'S WHY HE'S THE GOAT, THE GOATTTTT!!
I like how technically Spiderman just bodied most of the avengers, changed the plot of a highly convoluted plan, manage to also hide from said avengers, and also went toe to toe with all of them
spidey really did stuff captain marvel's mouth with his thick, white web.,.,.,
The Fact What Peter Can Fight Against Avengers With Holding Back Is Insane.
He cant. Why are you clowns like this
1:45 They knew what they were doing here I swear
People have no idea how smart Peter Parker / Spider-Man truly is.
It was probably stuck in her throat.then panic set in
@@thes.t.a.gprince9952 Panic makes sense but again, this woman can expel energy out of her body.
I'm assuming that doesn't exclude her throat
Just, vaporize the webs woman 😂
@@FantomPhoenix she can absorb energy and shoot energy from her hands. But I have never seen her shoot from the mouth. Or any other Orpheus.

Webbing usually takes a hour to dissolve. Spidey is trolling her 😅
Peter is just too smart
Spider-Man (Peter Parker) the Batman of the marvel universe. He's too good to overlook and will always sell
I swear Spiderman has potential to be more diabolical than Thanos.
She hulk thinking a basic punch will get arguably the most agile person in the mcu is amazing
I give him props for handling everyone on his own way; an amazing feat. 👏🏽
I love that throughout the fight thor is the only one casually chatting to spiderman while the rest are taking this task seriously
Now that's the Spider-Man I know and love
I’ve seen a thumbnail like that before. Just in a very different context
Dude got finesse. He's slipping through everybody like a shifty point guard
"Thaaat's some neat trick... that sense of yours."
None of them could be prepared for his prep time multiplier.
it is very sad we'll never NEVER get to see this version of spider-man in the MCU
Never say never.
If Peter was a bad guy he would be completely unstoppable.
I kinda like the twist with the Manipulator, it did feel weird that spidey was trying so hard to get the thing to some guy that had never been brought up
This is how powerful Spider-Man is with prep time.
pops a capsule with "web fluid" into captain marvel's mouth
Hes him.
he's that guy
spiderman with prep time?
He has always had it
"Captain Marvel grabs him by the throat and forces him to surrender. But Spidey's got a trick up his sleeve, he pops a capsule in her mouth and fills it with web fluid" WHAT IS GOING ON OUT THERE?😕📸
Bree Larson haters: thanks Spidey
We owe you one.👍
Every time my mouth gets covered with webbing I always start choking myself with both hands so I completely get the thumbnail illustration
This is just the "I outsmarted your outsmarting!" meme distilled into a Marvel comic and I'm here for it
1:36 captain marvel
Spoiler alert: That wasn't "web fluid"
Sinister Six, X-Men, Avengers, just another day of Spider-Man casually taking on and humiliating an entire team of super-powered individuals.
Black Panther is the only one who fully acknowledged Spider-Man’s capabilities and warned everyone not to underestimate him. They didn’t listen and got humbled.
Man, I love Spider-Man. I didn't even know he got his own 'Justice Buster' moment, this id amazing! Thank you so much for sharing this!
I love how Peter was just like"mmmm lets not" whenever the avengers tried to engage him
