Barrows are scam. I did 170 runs got 1 item and 7 elites scrolls doing optimal 86% loot. Avg run with medium combat achievements for 0 prayer drain and hard morytania for extra runes. It cost me 0 runs and few bolts within 7-8m timer as Iron. Barrows are not recommended!
thats your bad luck, i got items already and I barely did 10-20 runs I'll get further into it with medium CA done now I got the hard diary complete its also a ton of fun if you ask me

Most of the bosses are very unique reliant except number 1 Vorkath. That is super average 100k+ with out a unique
That isn’t normal for a boss with 1/14 rate for any item lol just keep going and the luck will average out
