    Pure click bait. Saying in the description that you fixed it 100% with no tools implies that you actually repaired it. Having Keurig replace it under warranty is NOT the same thing!

      Thank you for saving me from having to watch this whole video because this A-Hole doesn't know how to put titled down right. I am already pissed off enough because I have the exact same model that he is showing and it's only 7 months old, I was hoping I could get it fixed, this is my 2nd Keurig, there will not be a frigging 3rd. Keurig is a piece of crap no matter what 1 you buy.

    Thank you! Didn’t even occur to me to call customer service or that I had a warranty. I had planned on buying a new one today and then watched this video as one last attempt to fix myself. Brand new one is on the way, free of charge!

      Calling customer service is a joke. The lady acted like it was my fault and there was a language barrier that was a pain. They are sending me a replacement part. We will see if it works.

    The best quick fix advice! My new machine is on its way!!
    Sad part is I went through this less than a year ago on my first machine which resulted in them sending me a new machine and I still tried to fix it myself 🤦🏼‍♀️

    After having a single Kcup maker for years we craved a pot being made on the weekends. Researched a bunch of models and choose this one. ua-cam.com/users/postUgkxL8yFdHfPF4ObeIwJ5JdM3i_9XLnbjUC2 We love it! We wanted a water reservoir for the single cup so we didn’t have to pour water in every cup but the other models it fed the water to the coffee pot to so by the time we made one pot we’d have no water left. This model has the traditional pour in feature for the pot and the reservoir for the cup which works great for us. Love how there is a bunch of holes pouring the water over the coffee, makes it taste much better. Only drawback I have is the way the lid is angled on the pot section it’s hard to get the last bit of water out of the pot into the machine without it spilling somewhere else.

    Had mine for 3 years and we tried everything suggested in other videos. Looks like there was no longer a pressure to push the water through. So done! Got a single one.

    Oh my God buddy, at 1st I thought no way this is going to work, they are not going to just ship me a new one, well I called Keurig and I explained to them what was going on, and after a few minutes of going back-and-forth they are sending me a brand new one!!! SO A GREAT BIG THANK YOU TO YOU!!!
    Edit The only thing I had to do was give them the serial number on the back of the model and they could tell by the serial number that it was a relatively new one, and that's how easy it was.😉😉😉

    Mine was out of warranty. They offered 20% off a new one but I pushed them for unsatisfied customer for a year and a half old coffee maker. They wanted to have me speak to corporate but I declined and pushed a little more. We agreed on 50% off any Keurig so I’m definitely gonna take advantage and buy the Keurig K155 Office pro which is regular priced at $294 but I’ll pay only half with free shipping too :)

      OMG, I actually got my Keurig to work. I had the same issue.I got to thinking what would happen if I pushed 2 buttons at the same time? Try this:
      1- After placing a large cup beneath the cup dispenser, push the oz button
      2- After you push the oz button, then push both the 8 AND 10 buttons at the same time for 1 or 2 seconds
      This actually worked for me and I am guessing it will work for you too.

    Mine was 4 months old, started spitting water. Hardest part was waiting on hold for a rep. Sending me a new one today. I asked what broke, but she had no idea, sounds like they're aware of an issue but don't want to make it public.

    Not always, same here. Offered 20% than 50% off. Ours would be 2 years old this May 2024. Not as good as they use to be.

      I haven't bothered calling yet but mine is also 2 years so I figured it was beyond warranty. Sucks. Shaking it upside down and hitting it did make it work again, but probably not for long

    Ours was a different hose, bottom one that an end deteriorated and fell apart. Still had to tear the whole thing apart to change. Our upper hose was a two part and no clamp, so we figured a fix and mod using heat or glue at the factory. Still have to fill and run to find the leak. We replaced hose and clamps. I would say these expensive machines are only good for a year without fixing all the hoses.

    Oh goodness... love it. This should seem like the most obvious, but I admit, I've also been scouring the internet trying to find a way to fix my coffee maker without having to throw it out. Luckily we had our old coffee maker in storage, but I would prefer to have the my Keurig working. It's less than 2 yrs. old, compared to our old coffee maker which is close to 10 yrs. old.

    Thanks mine stopped last week and Ove done everything but call customer service. I received it as a Christmas gift and still have all these pods and coffee (family of 8) was about to lose my mind with no coffee and all the kiddos. Calling now.

    About to call them for mine. It’ll be the third one they’ve sent me. They all last less then a year before doing this. I regularly change water filter and do a cleaning with their solution.

    I'm on my third Keurig replacement. They just stop brewing. I call the company and a new one arrives. I'll be calling tomorrow to see if I can get a 4th. The only we're using now is only 3 months old.

    Only problem is that the new one you get will do the same thing in a few months and then they won't assist anymore and you end up having to buy a new machine anyway. Which is exactly what happened to me.

    Mine worked completely fine until I ran vinegar through it.When I filled it up with water after to run it through…nothing.
    Spit out very little, but the water at the back isn’t even heating up.I should’ve just left it I guess.Mines 2 years old so I’m guessing it’s no longer under warranty

    But you gotta send the Old one back to them. Unplug it for 30 minutes run. Some vinegar through it and you'll be as good as new. No tools required.

    I have the same one you have but water will come out but not the coffee . If I put a cup in it it won’t brew the coffee . Think I’ll check out the needle pointers in it

    After the one year warranty you will not get a replacement. Only a discount on purchasing a new one. This is the second one I’ve had that crapped out. Keurig has low quality products or planned obsolescence and I will not buy one ever again.

    I through mine away only had it 1year & 3mo.So bummed..tried to call them but stayed on hold twice for a long time..I did get another one but it will be my last if the motor dies in this one..Its a great size just really liked it or I wouldn't have got another one but they are expensive 😥

    My pod side quit working after a few months carafe side works, everything is clean/descaled but also when using k cup side water comes out of dispenser on carafe side. Its like my pump for pods doesn't have enough pressure... im lost

      Remove the 2 screws under the pod cover that secure the cover. Slide the cover out towards the front. Try to make a pod (cup) of coffee. While the pump is trying to pump - squeeze the flexible section (it's on top), [YOU CAN SEE THE CHECK VALVE INSIDE IT]. YOUR CHECK VALVE IS/WAS THE CULPRIT. JonJon in St Pete FLA

    It's all good till it happens again a few months later. I believe this design is faulty. I had my other keurig for 6 years with very little issues. I called tech support and had the same experience. They sent a new one and now it's acting up again. Definitely won't buy another k duo again
