In the statement, it was noted that more than 6 thousand people were transferred to safe places and heavy rains are expected to continue for a while.

According to local media, police and military units are also supporting search and rescue operations.
A state of emergency was declared in some regions for 15 days on 18 June due to the continuation of heavy rains.
