Thank you Fr. Kirby. Those were very thoughtful insights for us. Yes we can overwhelm ourselves and think we are so important and relevant. But in actuality we need to humble ourselves to those around us. Recognize the peace that comes from our relationship with Jesus Christ. Lord bless you
Yes, I was always so proud that I could multi-task in my younger years as a trauma RN because it was a necessary and learned skill. Now, as I age stillness and quiet are much valued. I am grateful for your reminder this morning. Pray for me as I work to beat stage 4 cancer which is in remission. God has shown me great mercy by touching me with His righteous right hand!! Fr. Kirby, I will pray for you!
There is so much noise around us. It is a beautiful thing to have complete silence. Instead of being bored, use that quiet time and PRAY. Thank you Father.
I'm guilty of always keeping my calendar packed and I need to learn to slow down, find more quiet time with the Lord in order to bring more peace in my life. Thank you, Fr. Kirby, for another message I need to hear. AND practice!! ❤❤
Please pray for our daughter. She will have a heart procedure in 2 weeks and is very stressed about this. Of course, stress is only adding her problem. Pray she finds calm and the procedure corrects this problem without further treatment. Thank you all for your prayers. ❤
Very powerful and well said FR. KIRBY. We live in a world where everything is a race for time. A stillness for meditation and reflection is what we need in this time. GOD BLESS YOU ALWAYS FR. KIRBY. TY

Dear father Kirby please have a great weekend God bless you !! 🙏🏻🙏🏻we have only 3days left in April have mercy on all of us Amen 🌟 may will be here before we know it , 🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻, mother Teresa before she died that in may 2024 , that the world 🌍 will end , 🙏🏻🙏🏻😇so let us all pray for safety and peace dear. Lord , well God bless all of us , 🙏🏻🙏🏻✝️😇☮️ 🙏🏻 God may peace be with you all, watch over all the children,
I love silence! I've been on the multi task treadmill most my life. As I'm getting older the "stress" it causes is not serving my health well. I'm trying desperately to slow things down, and hoping that will slow my blood pressure down. I totally understand what Father is speaking about. My favorite time of the day is the 1.5 hours I spend after daily Mass in the Church with Jesus in prayer. Makes me long for heaven. God bless all who listen🙏💕
I find peace sitting by a window watching the birds as I say a rosary. Thank you Father Kirby and may God bless you too for your wonderful "lessons" every morning.
I’m blades to have two days off a week. I try to do my errands but also leave aside “retreat time” where I retreat from the noise of the world and recharge my spiritual batteries.
I once knew a woman, a lapsed Catholic, who so hated silence that when you flicked her bathroom light on, a radio would simultaneously begin playing. Unbelievable!
Love my peaceful mornings and days. I don't always them. Grateful now that I see they are a gift. God bless you, Father Kirby.

Good morning, Fr. Kirby and yes, silence is golden and very much needed for everyone.
I have said “I’m board” way to much, thank you Father.
Beautiful❤❤❤❤🇩🇰
I'm NEVER bored........................rather, a lot of the times I am FRUSTRATED that I can't get to all that I want to do in any given day.
