my son 29, lives on a buff line in Orlando, Florida, and a pretty good area, he and his roommates, $2000 a month, for us small two bedroom, two bath apartment. And the lease is due to renew one guarantee it’ll go up. it’s ridiculous. My son has a full-time job, and two part-time jobs just so he can make ends meet, his roommates do as well. It’s crazy. I thank God I am blind, I live in inside housing, it took me 3 1/2 years to get into where I’m at now.
Why are they Lying there is no demand.

1400 is a bargain for rent
Not for the wages in the area though. 1400 is a lot for most people when the median wages are 50k across the country. After taxes & expenses, pretty much plan on having less than 20k to live on. After rent, you're broke.
@@RR-on4sk I guess I was assuming 1400 is like a 2 person household which would be $700 each. For a one person household I can see how $1400 is a lot
