Exactly what i was just thinking. I always love Jon's covers and this one is no exception, but personally my favorite part of this song originally is the back and forth of the two characters involved.

Jon I love how you don't just make straight forward rock covers - it's so easy for bands to make punk or rock covers just by speeding the songs up and adding plenty of guitar and drums, but I really like how you actually think about how to make your covers original, and how you use your knowledge of music to bring something knew to well known songs - it's why I subscribed to you in the first place (actually, it was because you did Under The Sea in a paddling pool with a tie and a beanie). Love the way you sang this one too - awesome cover :D

This is a very personal song to me, and you've captured the intensity and passion of the original song. There's also a story to this but anyone can google it. Everyone hearing this song, please pay attention, you can learn a lot about dealing with pain from this one.
This is quite personal for me too, back in 2012/2013 My grandad (the most important person in my life) was diagnosed with lung cancer and while in the car driving to hospital the original played. I will never forget this song

I actually enjoy it, I think the original conveys more of the ache and sadness, whereas this version conveys the rage of being played with. I like both versions, though I agree with one part: The cover is better then the original, but that doesn't mean the original is bad.
Sky Chaser I really don't like either. I just think this one is slightly better. It's like picking between vomiting from your eyes or taking a shit that just hurts your ass for weeks.... now that I think about it I think some might pick the eye vomit... not a good analogy.
