Yes if someone holds beliefs which are clear kufr, then we can say they ain't Muslim. E.g Christians are not Muslim, Ahmadiyya are also not Muslim.

when explaining different schools of thought around 11:00, it’s important to mention ahmadiyyah isn’t a school of thought/different madhab, nor does it fall under the sunni branch of islam, because the way you talked about it made it sound like you wanted to water down and hide how different it is.
both sunnis and shias have a consensus that the ahmadiyyah aqeedah is not correct. it isn’t a small difference like where we put our hands in prayer or how we place our feet.
may Allah guide them and us all.
