Hi Whitney, I'm really happy that your autoimmune issues are improving for you, you are looking great by the way, and I love your longer hair style! Happy Spring! mx
Cannot tell you how much I love these pants. They are perfection. I sooooo wish Cashmerette would offer their patterns for purchase only for those of us who don't want a subscription, even if only for a month and canceling. They look great on you Whitney!
You can do that! There’s a monthly fee and you can download the file and then cancel. I may have done this once or twice….
I agree. I love the patterns but hate that business model and I will not use it.
Yes, you can. It’s even cheaper to do that than ordering their regular patterns. Last I knew month-to-month was 9.99
@@rachellynncreates2703 I understand but don't want go do this. What a hassle.
@@KnitzyKitzy Big 'ol hassle.
Waist gap girlie here! I’m sold. Definitely want to add this one to my library of patterns.
You will love them!
I love the contrasting topstitching on the pants! You should absolutely wear them.
Thanks! I'm so glad you like them!
Locked and loaded on that membership, Whitney! I'm gonna need content to watch as I sew through the 80 yards of fabric I just bought, plus the 20ish yards of fabric I still have in my stash.
40 yards of that is linen for my husband (he has sensitive skin and it's the only fiber he doesn't get rashes with in the summer and RTW linen shirts aren't constructed well enough for a construction worker) and I have to sew 8 5.5 oz linen shirts in one month. Fabric will hopefully get here by March 15th and he will need them by mid to late april
Pray for me lol
Oh my goodness! That's a lot of shirts, but I'm kind of jealous. I LOVE making button up shirts and doing them assembly line style sounds like of fun 😂. What pattern do you use for him? I'm curious as my brother in law is in construction and is hard to fit. He's asked me to make him some shirts and I really need to do that for him!
I love the cranberry pair of pants with the contrasting thread.
Thanks!
I was on the fence with this pattern because of the “barrel” leg but they certainly don’t seem extreme at all. I watched your sew along earlier, thank you for the great details!
I’ve been working on a Spring/Summer wardrobe for a few weeks now. Chorus dress✅, Chloe top✅, Urban pants✅. Working on a PE Smitten Jacket now😊
It's a pretty subtle barrel leg. I hope you give them a try. Well done on spring/summer. My mind is shifting that way too!
Love the colors!
I think I like the yellow (gold) ones best. They look very nice on you. Glad to hear you have depoofed, especially before your vacation. I seriously just want to get back to sewing anything. I’ve had some ok days with this surgery but there have been some horrendous days also. Things are looking up though I get drainage tube removed today. So hopefully soon I’ll be in my sewing room and back to normal. I got so many plans myself. I’m going to have to sit down & make a list. Hopefully soon they can find a fix to your proofing up.
I hope you are on the upswing. I bet you are chomping at the bit to not only feel better, but to get back into your sewing room. My list would be also be long!
Both pairs of pants look great on you. I am a club member and my jaw dropped when I saw this pattern. It’s gorgeous. I was especially pleased that you did the sew along. Today I bought 3 cuts of fabric from Blackbird to make these. Fingers crossed mine look as good as yours.
Not only am I enjoying wearing them, but they are really fun to sew as well! I might need a regular denim pair next 😂.
I love the gold color ones on you better than the other pair. Both pairs look great, but something about that gold color is great.
The gold ones are pretty great!
lovely. I am in love with the burgundy ones and absolutely love the gold ones, as well. I will have to try them. I have the membership and when I saw them I wasn't sure I liked them because of where they hit on the ankle, but when i saw yours, a tad bit longer, I was like "yes!" that is it for me! I will give them a whirl as soon as i get the appropriate fabric. Thank you so much!
I hope you love them!
Pant is fantastic!!!🎉❤ looks great on you!!!😊
Thank you!
Yours look cute on you. I've enjoyed my Magna pants but am not sure the tapered leg suits me at my size.
That style can be tricky for some leg types! I hope you find something that works.
Actually- I love both pairs of pants on you! Did you make any crotch curve adjustments?
I did and I forgot to say that, I think. I just scooped out the back crotch curve 3/8". This is standard for me as the fullness of my bum hits low.
What size of pants would you take in ready made. Comparing pattern size to ready size. I let my member ship go this year mostly because most of dresses had waist seams and I don’t have one and because of our Canadian dollar. It would cost me almost double
It just depends. I don't get too caught up in commercial sizing because an 8 in one brand is a 12 in another. It just depends on what they base their sizes on.
❤❤
❤️❤️❤️
You look great Whitney I noticed you have lost weight!!
Are you on keto diet to depuff? I’m puffy and can’t do major exercise.
No, I have all kinds of unique issues so i just try to eat right and exercise
