Hey everyone! I've been wanting to try Kenshi for a long time. Been having a blast with it! (Although I'm a TOTAL noob as you probably see lol) Let me know if you are interested in more Kenshi! More Project Zomboid and Rimworld content coming too!
I'm all for Kenshi & Project Zomoboid, Rimworld is welcome as well. But besides those games, any game you make a video about is going to be entertaining because of your narrative driven stories.
Dude, could you narrate Fallout sometime? I don't even care how dramatic or comical it turns out. We just want to watch you play Fallout New Vegas, or Fallout 2. Fallout 2 and 3 would turn out pretty dramatic; you have save your village, plus its a bit random so you never know what you'll run into.
The samurai have very diverse personalities. I got one dialogue with one where my guy was smuggling hash into a city and got stopped, so I have him try to bribe the gate guard. She doesn't accept the money even after I have him offer again. So he submits to a search and the guard finds hashish. Then I saw there was a dialogue option to say it was all a test by the government and she passed. It actually worked. My guy went straight to the Shinobi Thieves from there.
I have never played Kenshi but this narrative story was captivating. The music, narration, editing, everything was super neat and thrilling to watch. Great stuff!
God, you really took Kenshi's storytelling potential and blew it out of the water. This is literally the perfect game for you. I can't wait for the next episode :)

While Kenshi never clicked with me to play personally, I love watching others go through it. This reminds me of the time I started a rock bottom run, and not a minute after spawning in, a group of farmers is murdered by manhunters while a Hive caravan is passing nearby, I loot everything and immediately buy a High Quality arm. Then another Hive caravan loses a pack beast to a group of skimmers and I loot everything and sell it in Heng. I don't think it would have made for a compelling story lmao
Man, i'm a long time Kenshi player at the point i can cheese everything who just get into Project Zomboid several days ago and is a total noob of the game and now saw a youtuber who is a long time Project Zomboid player get into Kenshi, neat, not to mention the video was phenomenal, this video deserved WAY more recognition and you just won a new subscriber!
May I say for a chase sequence against those holy bois was quite relatable no matter how many hours you play running for your life will always be the same hahahaha

This vid reminds of my last kenshi playthrough I started as a beggar in the Great Desert and the challenge was that I had to become a legitimate business man in the UC. That meant no thievery to get by. It was very difficult, but I bought a place, bought some workers from the local "Traders", and set them to work mining resources for me. Eventually I rebuilt a house and turned it into a smithy which produced sledge hammers that I sold to the local stone camps. My business became a thriving part of Sho-Battai's economy, and I eventually became wealthy enough to start my own outpost and become one of the nobles by buying into the traders guild.
