I'm interested in new headlights for my gli. I dont like any designs other than helix. The problem is I've looked all over and can't find anything on the status of the company. Everywhere I look the headlights are backordered. Do you have any clue, or know of a way to get them?
Is this headlight/tailight film that you used? I tried the same thing with headlight film and failed cause i couldn't smooth out the wrinkles without heat and i wasn't prepared for that so after an hour of wasted time i stopped trying...
i tinted my taillights for my gay little acura cl years ago and made a huge difference. less gay. was a fun car. loved going 80-100 but slow off the line.

I did it on the outside because of ease and the type of product I used. Normally would use window tint for this type of project which would’ve gone on the inside.
I have 65k miles on mine. Idk if I'll ever sell it. It has crossed my mind many times. I'll probably keep it and buy an Audi or Subie as a second car. Waiting to see what the next "it" car is.

I assume, until you take it off. Never had issues with vinyl as far as longevity

It’s transparent vinyl. It’s not as clear as film but it’s way easier to work with. You can use a heat gun if needed.

How did you do the red strip on the grille?

No, it’s thicker and not as clear.
