Yes, tires are expensive. I hear good things about, Kumo tires. And they priced good.

I have been using various brands of Chinese tires for about 6 years now and have had no issues at all.
I use my truck in the oil patch here in Alberta and drive a lot on dirt roads and for the price I will not be going back to the brand names any time soon.
Ive had. A set of those once i like them
on my second set of these, run them on my 14' ram 2500 mega cab diesel so its not a light truck. they hold up well 1st set got 40k out of them. i don't tow much or heavy though
All while Toyota is recalling 100K Tundra trucks in the USA for engines blowing up and going boom 💥 😂! Oh What a Feeling! 😮 Btw you don’t need load range E tires on a small 1/2 ton truck ! I have them on my 2500 HD!

As luck would have it I am getting a set of AT4Ws tomorrow in Dover NH. $277 each. With fitting and all else the total will be about $1350. No tax in NH. So 1850 CAD or so. Sadly I can't wait to see how you get on with these. I'd have got K03s but they aren't going to be available in the size I need until August. I really liked the K02s and they worked well for driving out in the western deserts of CA, NV, and UT. Never got a puncture. Fingers crossed for the AT4Ws.
Would look good with a backrack since you'll have a fuel cell.
Nice review! my SR has the AFE Tow Hooks, but they sit very low and under the truck, if I end up stuck, my feet will get soaking wet hooking them up, that's for sure! I got a TRD Skid Plate to install still as well as a Transmission Skid, As for my bed mat, the parts department at my dealer says good luck, getting them anytime soon, he says it won't be until fall or next year, as Toyota is not in a rush to get them to their customers. Thanks for the tire and suspension review, gives me a lot to think about!
Rough county bed mat. Looks identical to my Toyota mat in my 22 Tacoma. Instead of saying Tacoma/Tundra it says rough country, only difference I see

Heavy tires, E load Firestone X/Ts knocked my fuel range but were not too loud.
I must admit, I am a tire snob, I have KO2’s on my 2023 F-150, so I was disappointed when you put the cheap tires on, however, it will be interesting to see how they hold up
Does Goodyear make a good truck tire? I've used them on my vans and cars and liked them.

Maybe they don't have any recovery hooks because they don't expect them to need to be recovered.
If they've got a trailer hitch then they can do the recovering. 😏😉

That’s a lot of load rating for a light weight truck 😂 Not sure how well they’d do at lower psi. Tires are not cheap anymore, browse 1010 Tire or Kal Tire websites. What I’ve paid in the past it’s gone up a lot. I looked at Falkens I’d have to buy them from an online retailer as none of the tire shops carry that brand. They are quite expensive compared to the Nittos I run. I could hear tire howl in the video, yeah those babies might get a little louder once they get a few K on them. I’ll deal with a little noise it’s better than damn it I’m stuck. I know you have run into places where you have clay base soils. The stuff turns to snot when it’s wet, all terrain tire becomes a racing slick. You drove into that spot thinking hmm this maybe a bad idea. Put the truck in gear and it’s schit your doing the rocking it barb giving all of it your foot right in the ketchup 😂
I wouldn't be worried about your tires, I'll be more worried about that truck blowing up
