If reform ever get in power they would have to have a massive clear out of the civil service, then put their own people in place.
I often think about this too....they'd have a tough job on their hands for sure, the Civil Service worked against the tories, so imagine how it would be for Reform.

In my opinion we should give Labour instead of constantly slagging them off. I am feeling very annoyed with the way they are removing the winter fuel allowance but I do agree that it should be not given to people that have large enough pensions. But I also agree that it’s a two tier system.
