Hey man, great video! Would you walk us through your routine in the gym? And what do you do to avoid injuries? I ask this because injuries play a bit role in the sports and personally I have been struggling forever with my shoulder. Keep it up and good luck with your competition matches!

I have always tried to work on showing humility and being open to improvement, and because of that I do tend to improve quickly. I think thats actually inflated my ego and my personal view of myself... and like you were saying, now I have high expectations. In my mind I'm not respecting my opponent, because I'm better and should win. So I'm focused on my performance and not what's happening in the match. Wow, just wow 🤯🤯🤯
