That is actually not possible because they have the option to turn on and off their cameras and you can't control that. You just have to tell them to turn off their cameras.

That is very odd. I don't know the reason for that. Are you using Zoom with an iPad? Are you using the app or are you working from the app? That might be the reason. I always work from the website.
@@ttvRussell Same for me. I do not have the POLL option. I use Zoom from the website with a free account and a paid account. Customizing the waiting room also isn't possible - which is not so tragic. However, the polls could be really useful.
