I never recovered after one year. Then I started using ice to massage my skull and that was the very time my recovery started. One month into this ice therapy, I was 80% okay. If you are going through concussion do this consistently for 3 months and you’ll be just fine.

My cousin used the ice therapy to recover from concussion years ago. So she told me about it. When you start using ice to massage your skull, your migraine becomes worse shortly after the massage or even on the act. It’s okay to stop and rest but make sure you continue the next day and every single day. I assure you, you will see changes within one week. The first 3 days you will feel worse but please don’t stop. It has helped me. I’m not fully recovered but I can do everything, except sports. No more blurred vision, no more sensitivity to night and noise, dizziness, noisy ears, all of those symptoms are gone. I’m only dealing with pain and still applying ice therapy. If it worked for me, it can work for you. And always rest, don’t jump into activities once you start recovering, don’t stop using ice until you’re fully recovered.
In my case, I shaved off my hair completely so the ice could touch my skull directly. I take like 30 - 40 minutes in the morning and same in the evening. If you can do it 3 times a day, that’s still okay.
Put some water in a container, put the container inside a freezer and allow the water to froze then take the ice out of the container and use it on your skull.

Most physicians have no clue of TBI issues. They dismissed it as if everything is fine.
