    How to have your bike featured:
    1. Email me your extensive parts list: iam(at)zachgallardo.com with BIKE CHECK in subject line.
    2. Tell me anything you want about your bike. History, how you ride it, what you like/don't like about it, etc.
    3. Paste the link to your 1080p or 4k Google Drive video files in your email. Video files must be 1) 10-15 seconds long each 2) have as little camera movement as possible. 3) 20-25 different shots with 3 shots of your complete bike is a good amount. 4. Keep in mind I'll run ads on the video to help cover the cost of producing the bike checks. Gotta stay fed.
    Have fun shooting!

    You're on the other side of the world with notification at 11:30 PM local. Videos are always welcome. That bike looks great but currently lacking motivation to send in my Aventon. Is nothing too exotic but weaned me from the trap of complexity, and ever changing standards of the bike industry. Rebellion. There is no fixie culture around here but with front brake on am accepted as the oldest fast rider there. Downhills and tailwinds are really tough. I realized that in my prime really I used only 3 gears. I just picked the middle one and adapted decades later!

    Seriously nice wheels. On the SRAM Omnium, the stock bottom bracket is not great, so replacement can help smoothness, like the Omniracer bottom bracket I switched too.

    • @GordonMoat
      @GordonMoat 4 роки тому

      BeboSaab My SRAM bottom bracket developed a noise, and severe drag, in just over one year of riding. If I would guess, it’s probably a quality control issue. I went with an Omniracer bottom bracket, which was immediately noticeable as smoother, quieter, and less friction.

      On sram cranksets you can change the sram standard of BB to a Hope BB and buy a sram ring adapter to convert from sram to hope. The hope BB is shimano standard.
      The bearings will last longer and smoother. And extra points because it’s Hope 😊😊

    Hey Zach! This might get buried, but have you checked out the Mercier Kilo WT? I've been watching your reviews on the kilo tt and noticed your comments on the quality control of the tt's forks and thought the wider clearance of the wt (wide tire) might be of your interest. Another good thing about it is that - from my knowledge - the wt's seatpost and head tube are the standard sizes unlike the tt.
    As a complete fixie noob, I just wanted to thank you for the superb informative quality of your videos because they've helped me tremendously as of recent. Keep up the great content!

    Ahahaha this bike is trash. Very “original” just put everything cinelli on it and of course the OmNIuMS 🥴. FYI probably the tackiest looking colorwave cinelli has. More money then sense or in this case taste (understanding of fixed gear culture)

      @@jacklin130 he doesn’t deserve a pure fixed frame he just can afford it, and I’m very happy for him, I’m sure he enjoy it a lot !
      And I hope for you in regard of what you say that you are the faster rider on the planet.
      Trust me there is plenty of guys on the roads, streets and velodrome who are way faster than you. Come back on earth my friend. And stop laughing at your own jokes...

      If you'd like argue with me about speed, keep those words to yourself. I respect every single rider out there who puts their bike into use.
      You might want to check this guy's FB, he was the one who started laughing other fixed rider's bike in different chats.
