How do you know the difference between lung cancer and other viral illness?

Lung cancer screening uses a low-dose computed tomography (CT) scan to detect lung cancer when the disease is in its earliest stages and most likely to respond to treatment. The test is recommended for older adults who meet certain criteria and are not experiencing any lung cancer symptoms.
