Thank you so much for the questions and comments!!! The pre-peeled garlic worked well for the flavor but definitely wasn’t the same it seems to hold up well and tastes good!!! I will absolutely use it again when I make big batches but if I do 2-3 jars I’ll probably just peel my own for a cost saving!!!

Do these need to be refrigerated? Would the oil separate and solidify in the fridge?
@@avectorman1305 I refrigerate these as I didn’t water bath can them!!! I haven’t had an issue with separating but they don’t last very long in the fridge!!! If you do see any separation just flip them over and it will redistribute it!!! If you use a good quality cold pressed olive oil it should solidify!!! Thanks for the question!!! I appreciate you!!!
