I have heard hundreds of singers, even professionals , over sing this (which I can't stand), miss the low notes and/or the high notes and totally screw it up. It's a difficult song that takes a lot of range. I am 61 years old and I can't remember hearing a better performance than this, in all those years. She is a 16 year old natural vocal phenomenon.
As good as any, and in many cases, better than most, seasoned professional singers, including Marvin Gaye, Whitney Houston, Faith Hill, Mariah Carey. Her quality and purness of tone, almost microscopically perfect pitch and straight up, no tricks delivery are very rare gifts, to her and for us.
