Honestly, I'd be fine with just a re-release and a couple of QoL improvements. I'm not interested in seeing this with modern graphics & "modernized" gameplay

I agree. Seeing Aya use her remade powers would be amazing. I imagine seeing the rain and everything else moving slowly while she moves at normal speed using haste. I’d honestly be ok if they just released it on the store as well. I have my original black label copy but I can’t play it on my new system.

To make a speedrun in PE1 you only need to know the enemy's attacks and the haste ability,that's all -_- (nice boss battles)

The enemies can fuck you up at any point just like RE but at least you have a feeling of progression
