I'm a unitarian in the sense that I'm anti nicean and anti trinity. I had an awakening, and I got drawn into the trinity delusion. I read the kjv. I used to read that verse as Jesus speaking, but when you look at verse 8, it seems like it's out of place it's right in the middle of John speaking about his testimony it seems like that verse should be the start or end of a command from God to John. It does make me wonder if these are actually John's words we are reading because honestly, everything leading up to verse 11 sounds like Paul speaking. Maybe the same writer of other books from the 3rd - 4th century. Either way, the one on the throne seems to be Jesus, and even John draws a distinct difference in roles or majesty of the father. It is also clear that God speaks through agency by spirits and angels or prophets.
The one being referenced in revelation 1:8 is not Jesus that’s the father, revelation 1:4 gives you the context Jesus isn’t listed until the next verse in Rev 1:5
Revelation 1 does not say that TWO are coming, only ONE and that is the Alpha and the Omega 7 Behold, He is coming with clouds, and every eye will see Him, even they who pierced Him. And all the tribes of the earth will mourn because of Him. Even so, Amen. 8 “I am the Alpha and the Omega, the Beginning and the End,” says the Lord, “who is and who was and who is to come, the Almighty.”
very interesting. i have a question. the divine name was known in the first century. j e s u s spoke it. the exact pronunciation, even if the religious leaders were unsure. his disciples also knew the exact pronunciation. those who wrote the tetragrammaton also knew the exact pronunciation. why is it that j e h o v a h's witnesses do not know it? they claim to be the people for his name. they claim to be servants of the enthroned kingdom. the exact pronunciation is not revealed to them, as it was revealed in the first century. if they are the people for his name, they will be the first among God's people not to know it, since the days of the tetragrammaton. could you please comment on this?
Sounds like you have a gripe with them specifically because many different religions pronounce YHWH differently and it’s ok because it’s a foreign name. You’re missing the bigger picture, don’t get tripped up on the exact pronunciation because as long as you’re close it’s ok. Jesus’ name wasn’t Jesus either it’s Yeshua etc.
@@Mr.Market777 my name is e d w a r d ... it isn't e d w i n. Thank you
What do you mean? Print what out?
Your sketches / notes on the alpha and omega not being in the texts
I did screenshot a few
Thank you
@@CWJahTube …..question why do you say Jah and not Yah like as it would be pronounced in Hebrew?
@Non-Assumpsit Because I speak English. When I use Hebrew, I say, Yah.
Thinking here you don’t translate name’s meaning if your name is Sandy it would be the same all over the World…
I would choose the text authority with several examples. It shows more evidence.

So glad for this, I just finished watching your podcast with dr. Robert Morey and learned tons from that video.
Keep up the good work Greg. Greetings from Germany.
This is perfect timing!
Is one of the main things , you hear from trinnies 😮 . So timely indeed !

The NWT is better than de King James Bible.
The KJV has stronger verses like he appeared in another form
What about revelation 22? Out of curiosity?
@SayedSuper Discussed in detail in the video linked in the description below.
