Great video and beautiful fish. I am still trying to make my first trip to the Coromandel after moving to Christchurch last October from Europe. Besides the fish, the visibility gets me really excited :) Keep the "how to" videos coming, they're really helpful.
Me and the old man got a couple 5kg snapper here in australia last week , kept the jaw off one definitely gonna do this thanks for the tutorial ollie..

Hey man, not that I'm aware of. They don't have the teeth etc as they just swallow most of their prey whole. Reef species seem to work best. Snapper are awesome to practice on, and you will be surprised by the chompers on even a small snapper

Yep, some people don't whiten them at all. But there is heaps of different methods out there!
