TAKE YOUR TROUSERS TO A TAILOR!!!!!!!.......you can pull off the oversized pants look without it being as large as yours....leave your comfort zone and see if it upgrades your style or not
Mate the 4 weeks for the fresh piercing is just blanket advice they give you so you can't sue them if you get an infection. After 1 week you'll be totally fine. You look like a healthy dude 💪
can't guarantee it'll be OK after 1 week, everyone heals at their own pace. depends on how it was pierced too - hopefully it was at a serious place, with a surgical needle, by a professional. i say: when there's no redness, no irritation, no pus, no swelling, when the piercing feels like a part of you and you can wiggle it freely, sleep on it, etc. without any troubles, then it's time to change jewels.
