Seriously, I don’t know why it took so long to find actual answers about these external recorders. Even their website is terrible. Thank you.

This was an amazing break down. Thank you. I don't know why companies like to restrict themselves to single colors. Like red knobs on my tripod that is Benro which is blue, get painted black. Too much anything is too much! But if you did want color, make the same product with different color features. Anybody else think like that?

This is a great and informative video. One question I have is - I struggle with audio falling out of sync with my video when using an external mic. I presume that with these devices, sound matches perfectly with video and never falls out of sync? Thanks.

Great video! Ninja inferno it is!
Also that is not a balance xlr line.
Balanced XLR's are the cables solo not due like the one you're holding.
You'll need a left and right channel + two XLR's to be a balanced line.

Thanks for the video. Just bought the atoms ninja flame. Ive been playing with the settings for a few days trying to figure out how to do Time-lapse and can't seem to work it out.
What are the correct settings on a GH4 to be able to get a Time-lapse to work? Ive asked atoms but can't get a straight answer from them.

Would I be able to recorder video from an older video camera with video out or from a vhs recorder video out signal rather than using a computer? Thank you.

How would this thing stack up in todays world? I love my GX85 and am missing the Mic Jack. I also would like a monitor and something to record externally. Do you think this is a good buy in 2018?

My Camera is locking manual settings in video mode, so I cant adjust the ISO, Shutterspeed and Aperture. Can I fix this by buying an external recorder? Can I adjust my video settings with one of these products?

Hi, I'm using a Canon XA-30 into a Ninja Blade via HDMI and have 2 questions.
    Question about the Atomos:
If I do a pan, and not all that fast of a pan, I'm getting these razor sharp black thin lines in my image. Anyone know a way to overcome that? Its 1080i on both the camera and the Blade.
    ALSO
The top level coming out of the canon is 27MB per second.
Is that automatically sent to the Blade through the HDMI or do we need to choose 27MB per second in the menu? I guess that would be true for at least cards, but would think the HDMI is always doing that.

Hi CVPTV - got the 22dropdown working and those razor lines are gone. TY

Hi, I need a screen that is 5.7 to 7 inches ,can display at 1920x1080p at 30-60fps,or x1200p,but 1080p is perfect,I'd prefer a IPS screen with good viewing angles ,and has extremely low lag. I want to use it to stream video to,from a PC video card like a RTX 2080 or AMD 5700XT,with HDMI out. So,it has to have as low lag as possible as it will be used for gaming,so 16.7ms or less preferably. Hope to find a gamer who is into photography to help out,as they'd understand what I am shooting for ,best.I cannot use a screen bigger then 7~ inches,8 inches is too big as I am legally blind. Any help would be great. Want to keep it under 1000 USD if possible, thanks.
