    How have I never had chocolate coated sunflower seeds?¿🤔 I must have some.🤩
    Sunflower seeds to me around food you'd have at baseball⚾️, and other sports.

      Oh yes, in Soviet times, seeds replaced American chips and popcorn for us for watching movies, sports, etc. There were simply no chips in the USSR. And to be honest, I myself heard about the seeds in chocolate only a couple of years ago.😀

      Thanks for sharing that info. I never thought of potato chips and popcorn as American. Just that we called them that.

      @@Jacob_Tribal I don't remember who invented the chips, like some guy from New York State. But I always considered it a typical American snack, like burgers. I tried both after the collapse of the USSR.

      @@BestRussianGuy I was trying to think of a respectable response, but.. Thank you for your time, and thank you for sharing.I looked up the inventor of potato chips His name was George Crum. He was a Native American/African American chef at the Moon Lake Lodge resort in Saratoga Springs, New York,USA.
      How much did life change after the collapse? Or in what way?
      Was the popcorn and burger good? What kind of burger? Lol

    • @BestRussianGuy
      @BestRussianGuy  3 роки тому +1

      @@Jacob_Tribal Thank you, I knew the chips were American! Now we are convinced of this.😂 As for the collapse, despite the fact that it is presented as a victory of the people, in reality it was a nightmare. Unemployment, poverty, crime, etc. I think millions of citizens (without exaggeration) died prematurely because of this. My family was able to survive this difficult time, as they had their own vegetable garden and my father had a stable job in a car repair shop. I tried the first chips in about 91 - these were artisanal chips, some private businessman. To be honest, I was delighted, since potatoes are one of the favorite things in Russia. 👍 Various Leys and Pringles, as well as burgers (McDonald's), appeared much later.🙂

      I don't recall ever seeing a girl eat sunflower seeds. You are talking crazy. Most common would be Baseball players (boys, men), very traditional to chew seeds in baseball.

    I prefer the roasted and salted ones and I often eat them with the husk, but not all the time, only when I'm really hungry, then I eat them with the husk, but when I just want to kill time or something, then I take the time and remove the husk.
