Pollination refers to process in which pollen grains are transferred from the anther to the stigma.
Pollination is of two types:-
1.self pollination
It is transfer of pollen grains from the anther to the stigma of the same flower or the flowers of the plant.
2.cross pollination
It is transfer of pollen grains from the anther to the stigma of the flowers both of different plants.
