Hi. In Sweden they use a plastic pot with hole inside and these ceramic pots is uses for decorating purpose. When you need to water plants you can move the plastic pot and take it to sink or bathtubs and when water is darned than put the plastic plant on decorative pot. I live in sweden and do the same.
