There was a live UA-camr (Bare something ) who reported to a West Midlands Police Inspector that there was was a group of people damaging the pub, assaulting people and threatening to enter the pub. They were still committing theses offences when reported to the police. The Inspector replied it was no worse than any other Saturday night and didn’t require a response. There was a live UA-camr (Bare something ) who reported to a West Midlands Police Inspector that there was was a group of people damaging the pub, assaulting people and threatening to enter the pub. They were still committing theses offences when reported to the police. The Inspector replied it was no worse than any other Saturday night and didn’t require a response. At the very least go and look and not just hide in the police van. This officer should resign: not fit for purpose.

I'm a former criminal barrister and I noted that many defendants pleaded not guilty yesterday - astonishingly almost every single one was remanded in custody. For men with obvious links to the community (jobs, family, etc) and the shortage of prison spaces that is still an issue despite Starmer's disgusting early release scheme, this was a surprise and I suspect an edict has come down from on high.
