So if a person is eligible for parole in 2022 but there time releases is 2023 they can get out early as 2022 ?

Hey do you get parole 5 years in a sentence on a 10 year sentence because that’s half

So, if you do not make parole at your first hearing, you will keep getting periodic parole hearings
