What if you had a pending asylum status at the time you got married to a US citizen and applied for the I130? Does that count as being in good standing with the immigration?

I haven't filed for green card and only filed for i512l . I need to leave Oct to see my grandma. my status is daca and been under daca for 10years. Should I be fine?
My case i have i512L.used it in 2006 and 07...then come back ...while my case pending...then my wife filed dissolution ending my application...i went and filed assylum few years later i got denied then i appeal with 9 th circuitst got rule on my behaf for review. .judge refused to do so ...But i was able to get my SSN ..work permit.then AG the racist Session himself put me again in removal ..fight again petition with 9 circuits denied Session the racist...now ..in 2020 corona time due to my mother getting old i force myself to go home visit her ...i had 4 years now ...all my 20 years career in US ..divorce matter. Business bank account identity theft van stolen...im thinking to make trip to US with my old I512L...what you advice.thanks

Hello Jim .. please help. i left us without advance parole i was on TPS i applied for advance parole and never received it so i left usa . its been 16 months i ve been out of usa. now i found out that i have got my advanced parole approved . am i able to travel back to usa with this advance parole?? please help??

just Came back to USA with my combo card, still waiting for green card. Only one thing,, I got fingerprinted by officials and they game me an parole stamped in my Mexican Passport for one year. Does this sound like a normal procedure? no questions asks or anything

What do you suggest to someone who has always been legal on the USA and is waiting for I 485 approval and have a 131 approves as well, is it dangerous to leave the country?

It is probably fine unless your i485 is denied while you are out of the USA... It would be a problem.... It should be used only if necessary but I'm sure that for most part of people, it's fine ... I just received it but will travel probably only if necessary.....
