I just recently bought some water weights. I'm excited to get started on this workout! I've followed most all of your videos, and they are great! Thank you😊
I use an airline mic by Samson. They are good but a little pricey. She can get a volume booster mic for a lot less if she doesn't plan on getting in the water.
Hi Krista. Ideally, you want to have as many joints down in the water as possible. Try to have your body positioned with the water in at least belly button height. Chest height is a good area.
The sound was harder to hear on this video. I play videos on my TV under my patio near the pool and connect my Bose sound link speaker and even if I turned up the volume all the way, I could hardly hear over the movement of the water. I’ve watched your other videos and they
Didn't do anything different this time???? Not sure why you are having difficulties. I will try a different method going forward. Let me know, again, if you have concerns as I want it to be the most positive experience. Thanks for your comment.

Hope you have fun working out in your pool! :-)
Stacy - thank you for the great videos! Would you consider doing a cool down video and a video that strengthens muscles around knees? Stay well!
❤❤❤😊
What headphone set do you use? We have a volunteer that gives her time at her RV park. Hard to hear on other side of pool.

Where should the water come up to on my body to do these exercises?
