It's so important for people to understand that our health is not a trend. Wellness isn't a trend. It is a necessary duty to our mind, body and emotional state. Wellness can look like dancing first thing in the morning. It can also look like taking a deep breath while you're about to wild out on someone. Thanks for making this vogue.

I love what the Neuropsychologist said about beliefs and the placebo effect. You know, I’ve been made fun of relentlessly by a lot of my loved ones for believing in astrology, tarot, crystals, energies - basically anything occult.
And I say to them: “At the end of the day, I‘ll never know for sure if these practices or items work objectively, but they work for ME because I believe in them.”
It’s not about how grounded in evidence a belief is, it’s about whether it grounds YOU. It’s not naive, it’s actually extremely beneficial to be open to different beliefs. It’s an act of self-love because you’re not limiting yourself. And it’s completely fine if you’re not interested in occult practices...but whatever your version of that is, don’t be ashamed of it.
To anyone who has something unconventional or misunderstood which brings you your own version of wellness; know that your belief in that “thing” is beautiful. As long as you don’t take a backseat in your life and you still pursue your goals with great ambition and drive, there is nothing wrong with having practices or objects to support your growth. 💙
