Ok so as soon as I replied to you, I tried it again and it worked. You have to do everything she does, that's how it worked for me, you'll notice that there's a section around 00;30 to around 00:45 she seems to select B&W twice, do it just as she does it. It worked for me doing it like that.
I've used LR for two years and couldn't figure out how to use Split-Toning. I have quite a few plug ins for converting images to B&W that I love but will experiment with this technique. Good video. Thanks!
