The Bella 3001 and the Gildan 64000 are both under $10 plus shipping and they are a decent shirt. Not super premium but I have never had any complaints. But you are correct, POD is not easy or passive. It takes a lot of work

Yep, it took me a week with POD to figure I wasn't going to make a killing! I think that POD could be a good side business as it is pretty low involvement as far as time if you are a designer. I think POD in addition could be great but as a standalone business good luck! Thank you for sharing this!
