I love when the children reunites with their soldier dads. I don't necessary agree with being at war, but it's NEVER the childrens fault so it makes my heart melt when they see them again.
I’m not crying you are! That last clip got me. Being a dad of two young boys I can only start to understand the emotions those two must have been feeling in that moment. Nothing else in the world mattered in that moment. And Burr#14 love that guy so much!
Nothing will ever beat kids at hockey games. The excitement & joy in their faces whenever they get a puck/stick toss, or their favorite player acknowledges them for a few seconds. God bless young hockey fans, they keep the game alive🙏
One of the most important things to remember….most of these hockey players and coaches come from a nation that is one of the nicest/kindest in the world, Canada. They know how to raise gentleman.
Bruins leafs game 7 Sharks knights game 7 I remember San Jose coming back from a 4-0 lead against L.A during the playoffs one year. Winnipeg vs Nashville game 3 Calgary vs Vancouver game 6 Montreal coming back from 5-1 against Boston in 1971 (If there’s footage of it.) Carolina vs Edmonton game 1. Those are some ideas for it.
@@trollinbastard8968 I was thinking playoff comebacks but if we’re doing regular season as well that should definitely be up there. I think St.Louis came back from 5-0 against the leafs in the third period sometime in the early 00’s as well.
My most wholesome nhl moment was when the la Kings played the Blackhawks in Chicago j.ronieck came out for warmups out of the king's locker room I yelled his name and he winked at me. That'll be engraved in my head forever even tho it's been a good 15+ years
@@ChiTownCzech91 you two should meet up and become friends so when people ask how you met, you can say “his dad played poker with a famous hockey player that winked at me once” and leave it at that
Matt Duchene made me cry like that too when he was on the avs. He was sitting on the bench and I was yelling at him me and my cousin both were and he waved and tipped his water bottle at us and for some reason that sent me into hysterics.
Seeing Flower win 500 games made me look up wholesome hockey moments , now I'm probably gonna look up Father's returning home. What a beautiful wholesome world we live in sometimes 🥲
My great grandmothers brother was a huge sens fan. Apparently he was 103 at the last game he went to, he’s even in a book about the greatest hockey fans.
Competition, athleticism, and rivalries are obviously important in the big leagues, regardless of organization, but there are some things are are more important, and it's such a wonderful treat to see the players coming together to also show that to the fans!
the clip of the the kid in the flames jersey giving the girl the puck, a few minutes later he also got another younger fan a puck. that kid and his parents should be proud.
The first guy…LMFAO!! “Huh… What the hell are you?! You’re not my wife!! Get away from me! That shirt won’t fit! I can’t hear you… my headphones!! There’s a killer whale, he’s trying to eat me! Get the harpoons..Call the police!” LOL!!🤣🤣 Now b4 you all jump on me, just know I work in the nursing field in a rehab center for the elderly, so it’s just the humor that is created from within. Especially as you see the video play out. Kinda like MST 3000😂 In fact, the people I care for have humor , mostly with regards to themselves, right upon this level & well BEYOND!!😂 God bless that guy, I’m certain he has amazing stories to tell/share and after 100 years on this earth he is worthy of everything!🤘🤩 🤘
The one about the kid who was picked 80th overall and saying how much his parents meant but aren't there because, well, CoVid and the strange world we live in now, that got me a little teary-eyed. But that last one was just below the belt.
While you're doing the mushy stuff, how about an animals compilation? Just anything involving the game and animals and pets? I lost my rescue of 10 years this year, I got her from a rescue shelter David Backes and his wife Kelly were affiliated with. I've always appreciated players who were big dog and cat people (mostly dog, of course), and ones who pick animal rescue for their charity cause.
That had to be a trip for Burrows, walking into a restaurant where the whole staff has your jersey.
That was hilarious tbh

Yep my dad is a fighter pilot and retired but is now a contractor so he still deploys. I still cry when he comes back lol it’s great to see him
