I havent rolled in 2 years until today and i pulled off his famous sweep on a guy that ways 60 pounds over me and i weigh 140 and i soon as i landed it i sunk in a rear naked while standing up. It's a move of beauty if you love to attack the back. Oh and afterwards i got crushed for 15 mins :).
yes, i have sparred with him a couple of times and im no notice, have sparred against Robert Drysdale aswell, but Leo is on another level, Im only escaping from locks and bars, i cant get my game on at all...!

i use mission control postion quite a bit. it is very useful in mma to keep your opponent from posturing up within your guard and raining punches down. aoki uses it regularly in competion.
