Usually I will train only a few days last year but for the past few months I start train for 6 days and 1 day rest. Right now I need the guide for training schedule and I found your video help me so much to construct the schedule for my training. Thank you so much.

I really appreciate the information, this is top quality information that a lot of beginners really want, i would like to have had this kind of video back in the day, but i really would like to see a approach towards a more simple way of training, like a more intuitive way with minimal programming like the full body high frequency approach, choosing one skill/movement/exercise to be doing and alternating as you feel like u need a quick break from that movement or that you need to put the basics on practice in order to maintain them, this is something i really would like to hear about

Bro for real, dope Video. That was something I was looking for and didnt find anywhere.
The problem I have with most programs out there, they‘re too general. No program asks you on which lvl you are currently on, what skills you wanna focus on and how much volume u wanna do. Its like here you have a planche routine. Here you have a front lever routine. But how do I include those routines in my training never mentions someone and I dont get why.
So you have to build your own programm and this video definetly helps with that. Thank you for that.❤❤❤

I like doing both but I’m not sure if I should just focus on one or the other.

I hope that I can find the answer by commenting in this video as I’m really confused, thanks.
I’m about to start calisthenics,my goal is to train for both calisthenics and hypertrophy.Since my focus on upper body is more than lower body,is a routine of 3 days a week consist of 2 upper body days and 1 lower body day suitable for me?Or it will be better for me to train for upper body 3 times without training legs?In the near future(about 3 to 6 months),I’m probably going to train for 4 days. With that being said,is the routine I mentioned suitable?Because I think that a normal 3 days full body split may not be enough volume since I aim to train 1.5hrs with warmup and stretch, that means I may only do 2 exercises for either push pull or leg?
As I know that I will combine skill and maybe weightlifting in the future training,a lot of factors made me confused.Hope that I can get some advices here, thanks a lot if someone who read this are willing to reply this.I hope and I know that all of you can achieve what you want, thank you.

      Hey man!
Based on your goals, I would advice you train upper 3x per week with 1-2 exercises of lower body at the end of each training session. So it’s “full body” but with 80% focus on upper.
You can still make a lot of progress with upper body 2x / week, but 3x will be optimal.
Eventually I would train Upper 3x M/W/F and Lower 1x Thursday or Tuesday. For a total of 4x a week.
      Does this helped? 🙏🏽
      Thank for being here!
      With Love,
      Gabo

Thanks a lot man.But how many exercises should I do for push and pull then?
If I’m going to do 3 exercises both push pull will the training period over 1.5hr if I add 1-2 leg exercises at the end(As I will also train core at the end maybe 1-2times a week)?Since push ups, dips and pike push up are already some must-do basics?Otherwise,I would definitely be doing this.
Also, will training upper 3 times a week consider as overtraining?Since I heard the most is training same body part 2 times a week will be optimal.Or am I wrong?
Thank you for your reply.I’m literally missing some experienced people’s advice to my own schedule.

Hello Saturnos. I have 2 questions: 1. does your app automatically take into account the training plans presented in this video? Or do you have some kind of AI (artificial intelligence) that automatically adapts the training plan to my settings? And the 2nd question: Do you have a video in which you present your app in more detail? Thank you very much for answering this question. Greetings from Switzerland 🇨🇭 Beat

      Hey man!
      1. We don’t use AI. I don’t think AI can make proper calisthenics workout programs better than the experience we have. All our programs combine skills with basics and they come with a 30+ min video explanation on how to adjust the whole routine for your needs.
      2. I don’t have such video, but you can download the app and go through the free content, and also watch the intro video of each program + try 1-2 workouts from each program. That’s the best way to see if the app is suitable for you 😊 you have more than 15+ hours of free content.
      With Love,
      Gabo

@@SaturnoMovement Heyhey Gabo. Yes, I think so too with the AI. And thanks for replying so quickly. I'll just give the app a try then.
Thanks again for the graphic design and the free PDF and all the hard work you and your team put into the videos.
      Love goes back

I would love to get/see what a workout should look like if I want to master a handstand pushup. I'm no beginner but still can't do a handstand, I have no trouble doing 5-10 handstand pushups against a wall but that is it... Where should I start?
