I’d love to watch a video on how to arrange training to create a strong base for calisthenics!
Who’s with me!
👇
Sure we need weight lifting+calisthenics, nutrition facts, rest, etc to have a plan base overall while progressing learning new skills and mastering all desire skills within our life spans.
Let’s see how many likes this get 😊 -Gabo
Yes pleaseee
@@SaturnoMovementwow didn’t expect you to reply Gabo! I’m honored. Love your guys’ content!
And yeah, I wanted to make it easy for you guys to see how much interest there is! Hope it helps!
@@homosapien6031I always reply to my lovely UA-cam community 💙 thank you! Apparently people are interested hehe -Gabo
Wait, this is free? I never comment on videos, but that was outstanding. This level of detail on how to program is something you'd only dream to find behind a paywall.
Thank you so much! We put our hearts into every video we make, free or otherwise! -Gabo
Mitochondria is the powerhouse of the cell
Gabo i have bought your app subscription, the detailed information you share in there is worth every penny but i can not believe this video is free, i hope people watching this know its worth 🖤
Thanks for being a student of our app 🙏🏽 it means the world to us! We’ll be launching the community tab soon to stay more connected! And about this video being free, we also have to give to our UA-cam supporters 😊 thanks for your support. Truly! -Gabo
Amo este tipo de videos! Toda la información muy bien explicada, organizada y la edición es lo mejor. Este es el contenido que debería tener millones de vistas por el valor que aportan y el trabajo tan profesional que hay detrás.
Too complicated 🤯 I'm glad I bought an annual subscription half a year ago, I just follow the programs and the results are much better than I expected💙
Congrats to 1 Million - you guys deserve it! ❤️
I follow since more or less 4 years now. Your content is a great mix between inspiration, follow alongs, informative basic understanding and Yoga. It's my favorite calisthenics content with calimove by far. Keep it up, family!
Cheers from germany
Just finished watching 3 of your videos about skills training, each one from different years and adding extra information to the previous ones. Really appreciate all your years of sharing very valuable knowledge 🫶🏼
Please, I'll love all the videos you suggest here for the near future haha would be very helpful! But if I've to choose one, I'll love one about organizing training for planche
Gratz on 1mil subs! Here's to another 1mil! You release amazing content with very detailed information, along with many nuances. Keep up the great work!
Video about training for basics and building a strong foundation with explanation of rest, sets and reps please 🙏 🙏
This video was such a gem and so comprehensive! I can't wait for more ^_^
This is pure gold! Thank you man❤
Just wanna let you know that this is exactly what i needed. I was feeling mentally stagnant training work capacity alone and wasn't sure how to introduce skill work. Tysm for this ❤
Thank you, gentlemen, stellar as always! This is just what I needed as my first hypertrophy year is coming to an end, and look beyond L sit and frog stand
It's something a lot of people need but very few will follow. exquisite content ;)
Incredible video, I would like to see a video about the handstand
Great content Gabo, thanks for all the hard work on this one. An in-depth training plan for either planche and/or front lever would get my vote. Cheers.
Thanks for watching man!! You got it! I’ll work more on individual skills now to go deeper on each! -Gabo
I really needed this video. Thank you 💪
You're so welcome! Thanks for being here 🙏🏽 -Gabo
Last year, I focused more muscle up and improvised my handstand and now this year try to train planche at least straddle planche, front lever, and handstand. Usually I will train only a few days last year but for the past few months I start train for 6 days and 1 day rest. Right now I need the guide for training schedule and I found your video help me so much to construct the schedule for my training. Thank you so much.
Thanks a lot for a such informative video! It will be really interesting to know your opinion on prerequisites for different skills (especially HS and muscle up I am aiming for).
I’d love it if you could expand on the topic of periodisation in a future video. It’s such a valuable topic for more advanced folks who get stuck in their training/have stopped progressing etc.
What an amazing video! Thank you very much Gabo!
Thank YOU for watching!! It’s our pleasure to serve 🙏🏽💙 -Gabo
Congrats on this video! So good, and so helpfuo. Basically you just made the complex and confuse topic of programming for learning strength skills so easy to understand. This will also help a lot to avoid paralysis by analysis👏👏
Man I've been waiting for this video
Awesome video 🔥🔥🔥
Wow perfect. And free... Stunning.
It motivated me.
Always good to see you Gabo.🙌🏿👏🏾💪🏾🧘🏾♂️💚🐲
Thanks for always being here Eric!! 🙏🏽💙 -Gabo
I'd like to thank you ! I needed this. I began the hybrid program with HS and pistol squat movement. It'd perfect. A 45 mn funnworkout *3 a week is all I needed !
I want to achieve a full front lever this year, this is my new year resolution, please make a separate video on FRONT LEVER training method so I and many athletes can easily achieve without doubting ourself❤❤🙏🙏
I really appreciate the information, this is top quality information that a lot of beginners really want, i would like to have had this kind of video back in the day, but i really would like to see a approach towards a more simple way of training, like a more intuitive way with minimal programming like the full body high frequency approach, choosing one skill/movement/exercise to be doing and alternating as you feel like u need a quick break from that movement or that you need to put the basics on practice in order to maintain them, this is something i really would like to hear about
nicely explained❤
Thanks for watching 😊💙 -Gabo
Great video as always, i would love to see some more specific information on the 1 arm pull up, i got quite close to it but i seem to have gotten stuck in my progress :/
I have been waiting for a video like this for a long time
Hope you enjoy it!! 🙏🏽 -Gabo
thank you very much bro 💚
Thats exactly what i’m looking for years😱.
Thanks Guys!
I was really curious about the answer to this question im going to program my workout right now thanks.
Great video, thank you!!! Please make a video of a back workout without any equipment (no pull-up bar etc.) or a video explaining alternatives to back exercises but without equipment.
Gabo! You and Yassir are the best! I just started training again after a long holiday hiatus 😅 i still have my basic strengths, going for planche and handstands again. You guys motivate so well ❤ stay strong gents 💪
We appreciate your support so much brother!! 🙏🏽 thanks for being here!! Keep growing stronger! -Gabo
Good Video. Keep it up guys.
Great sir ❤
Thank you sir! ❤ -Gabo
Amazing vedio fabulous explanation that's what talking about ! Thanks man
Thanks man!! We put a lot of effort into this one 🙏🏽Glad it’s well received! 💙 -Gabo
THANK YOU SO MUCH GABO!!! After this ramadhan i will start with the hybrid ❤❤
Ramadan Mubarak 🌙 my friend! My this month bring you inner growth 🙏🏽 -Gabo
Thanks 🙏🏾
Yes champ please tell with suggestive time progressions for basics to intermediate to advanced skills
Bro for real, dope Video. That was something I was looking for and didnt find anywhere.
The problem I have with most programs out there, they‘re too general. No program asks you on which lvl you are currently on, what skills you wanna focus on and how much volume u wanna do. Its like here you have a planche routine. Here you have a front lever routine. But how do I include those routines in my training never mentions someone and I dont get why.
So you have to build your own programm and this video definetly helps with that. Thank you for that.❤❤❤
The skills want to learn: Front lever, planche, and hand stand push-up.
Excellent Sir Gabo love u
Hi Gabo, great video. Can you make one for training HSPU and front lever at the same time with basics aswell
That’s a bit too specific my friend. But you can surely get a good idea with all the examples here. There is an example with HSPU and many with Front Lever. Use the information presented here to build a program than combines those two! You got this! 🙏🏽 -Gabo
This is the best video I've ever seen about Calisthenics training.
Please if you can continue and add a bit more specific videos for each method. It could be like a little course about calisthenics training, because we have tons of videos about skills, but really a very few ones about training, and really there's no video that comes closer to this one.
Congratulations and thanks a lot!🎉❤
Appreciate the love my friend! Indeed it’s not easy to cover programming in a short amount of time so I am glad you see the value and effort we put into this one. We’ll do more like these for no doubt 😊 thanks for being here! -Gabo
Thanks for your remarkable job ! Just a suggestion : would it be possible (I live in France) that you made a paper book with all your programs (strength, mobility, flexibility...) ? Sure I would get it (or them)...
Nueva suscriptora desde 99% directly 🎉
Could u please make a video for knee pain, great video❤
Great angle
The amount of work and effort this video took... Gabo's top-notch coaching paired with Fabian's insane edit. Incredible job team. 👏👏
Paired with your design eye gift and incredible well done PDF 😉 don’t take your effort on this one from granted! A piece of art like this can only be done by MANY! Love you brother 💙 -Gabo
Nice video ❤
Thanks for watching 😊🙏🏽 -Gabo
7:16 Yes, can you make training examples for the handstand push-up, front lever, plache push-ups, muscle-ups, and dragon squat.
I love this 😊
Thanks for the support! Glad you enjoyed it! 🙏🏽 -Gabo
Gabo please make videos on animal movements also
How to practice for increasing range of balance in handstand ? And for handstand pushups
Great video! Can you define beginner, intermediate, and advanced athlete with progressions? I have a solid 7s straddle front lever and 7s adv tuck planche. Is this intermediate for front lever and beginner for planche?
Hey Gabo, thanks for sharing such good information but as i don't have enough knowledge in it, I can't program the routine for myself, but can you just tell me what i should do if i tell you my position now and interests for future?
I remember doing skin the cat at recess in elementary school at the monkey bars just because it was fun lol. I think about doing that movement now and I think my shoulders would explode
Great video! Very informational.
I'm going to the gym now but i want to master calisthenics skills along with my gym training, so in the gym i just alternate between push days and pull days, can you recommend a split i should change to to also achieve pushing skills like planche progressions and bent arm planche
Could you go into detail on bent arm planche or handstand
Hand stand is my favourite skill
also i see that a lot of the videos are focused on bar or no equipment progressions, i would love to see a rings focused only such video. What if i dont have bars and am learning the levers etc on rings
I’ve been training for a while, I’ve always been able to do basic calisthenics but that maybe excludes L sit. Been focusing on trying to lose fat for a while to possibly make calisthenics easier but I’ve been switching on and off between weights. Working on mobility training. I like doing both but I’m not sure if I should just focus on one or the other.
Gabo that is a very good video and thanks for all the advices. what would you recommend me how often to train when i am a martial artist and train already everyday bjj and kung fu. but i would love to integrate calisthenics in my daily routine cos i think it suits better than the stupid gym and lift weights. thanks in advance and big hugs from germany
I am trying to build muscle in a body building way, but I want just one day a week to be core/Calithstenics to keep my body useable. I already have above average body control since I wrestled through middle and highschool and I can do a good amount of pull-ups and even some poor-form muscle-ups. What do you think would be some good workouts for that day to get better at the muscle-up, front lever, and planche skills?
PLEASE make a video on how to build a strong foundation !!!!
I will 😉! -Gabo
Very tough guy !
Can you do a similar video? but more towards advanced level?🔥like a skill guide 2024 (advanved version)
Hi there! Im a beginner and trying to learn some skills . I can do 20-30 strict pushups , 10-15 pull ups , and 10-15 dips . And i want to ask u smth . What should i learn first according to my records? Im confused with all the vids in UA-cam . And u got any media so that i can ask u fkr all this? If yes then I'd appreciate it .
Please Make a how to learn Basic skills to Advance level course.
How many series and reps do you consider is required before jump into skills
ready
Let’s go!
Currently I can L sit hold for 15s x3
planche lean 15s x3
tuck planche 15s x 3
tuck front lever 12s x 3
tuck front lever raiser 7r x 3
piston squad each leg 7r x 3
acher push up each hand 10r x 3
Which method can I practice? Thanks !
i would love to know your standards for foundation. I think i have a strong base but i am struggeling with advanced progressions. I am on 19 pullups/50 diamonds and 40 dibs, but i cant hold a advanced tucked frontlever
How do you know what level you are in, in Calisthenics (Beginner, Intermediate or Advanced) ??
I have a doubt Gabo i am doing one punch man workout everyday including my workouts so will it benefit me or i am just wasting my time
I Personally struggle with the Handstandpush i can do 4-7 with the face to wall but didnt get better.
So a Video about this were great.
I’ll work on it!!
Add elevated feet pike push ups of 2-4 sets with your hand stand holds, 2-3 times (X) week.
Can you take an example for ppl split??
Let's cover the basics Gabo!
Been doing calisthenics for around 8 months now and I can hold a tuck planche for around 5 seconds, however I cant do a back to wall hspu (almost a single rep), should I drop the tuck planche and focus on getting that shoulder strength for the hspu?
I train for the L sit and tuck plunche right now and Im asking if I could train 5-6 times a week or is that too much?
I have 1 question that I have seen some people doing row pulling towards the chest and saw some people pulling towards their waist what's the difference btw these variation.
I can do L sit for 20 seconds but want to hand stand and tuck planche, right now it feels unachievable
I just started yoga and I find it hard also to throw in calisthenics at 52 years old , so I’m trying to find out how many of each should I do, also can you show me a basic foundation workout day looks like ?
I hope that I can find the answer by commenting in this video as I’m really confused, thanks.
I’m about to start calisthenics,my goal is to train for both calisthenics and hypertrophy.Since my focus on upper body is more than lower body,is a routine of 3 days a week consist of 2 upper body days and 1 lower body day suitable for me?Or it will be better for me to train for upper body 3 times without training legs?In the near future(about 3 to 6 months),I’m probably going to train for 4 days. With that being said,is the routine I mentioned suitable?Because I think that a normal 3 days full body split may not be enough volume since I aim to train 1.5hrs with warmup and stretch, that means I may only do 2 exercises for either push pull or leg?
As I know that I will combine skill and maybe weightlifting in the future training,a lot of factors made me confused.Hope that I can get some advices here, thanks a lot if someone who read this are willing to reply this.I hope and I know that all of you can achieve what you want, thank you.
Hey man!
Based on your goals, I would advice you train upper 3x per week with 1-2 exercises of lower body at the end of each training session. So it’s “full body” but with 80% focus on upper.
You can still make a lot of progress with upper body 2x / week, but 3x will be optimal.
Eventually I would train Upper 3x M/W/F and Lower 1x Thursday or Tuesday. For a total of 4x a week.
Does this helped? 🙏🏽
Thank for being here!
With Love,
Gabo
Thanks a lot man.But how many exercises should I do for push and pull then?
If I’m going to do 3 exercises both push pull will the training period over 1.5hr if I add 1-2 leg exercises at the end(As I will also train core at the end maybe 1-2times a week)?Since push ups, dips and pike push up are already some must-do basics?Otherwise,I would definitely be doing this.
Also, will training upper 3 times a week consider as overtraining?Since I heard the most is training same body part 2 times a week will be optimal.Or am I wrong?
Thank you for your reply.I’m literally missing some experienced people’s advice to my own schedule.
As a donkey that loves calisthenics I needed this.
Handstand program with basic strength exercises?
Hello Saturnos. I have 2 questions: 1. does your app automatically take into account the training plans presented in this video? Or do you have some kind of AI (artificial intelligence) that automatically adapts the training plan to my settings? And the 2nd question: Do you have a video in which you present your app in more detail? Thank you very much for answering this question. Greetings from Switzerland 🇨🇭 Beat
Hey man!
1. We don’t use AI. I don’t think AI can make proper calisthenics workout programs better than the experience we have. All our programs combine skills with basics and they come with a 30+ min video explanation on how to adjust the whole routine for your needs.
2. I don’t have such video, but you can download the app and go through the free content, and also watch the intro video of each program + try 1-2 workouts from each program. That’s the best way to see if the app is suitable for you 😊 you have more than 15+ hours of free content.
With Love,
Gabo
@@SaturnoMovement Heyhey Gabo. Yes, I think so too with the AI. And thanks for replying so quickly. I'll just give the app a try then.
Thanks again for the graphic design and the free PDF and all the hard work you and your team put into the videos.
Love goes back

Can you tell me all the foundations and basics?
Creo a la información esta bien dicha pero quisiera q se habla mas de como manejar la intensidad de cada ejercicio no se encuentra mucho en youtube
Muscle up
I would love to get/see what a workout should look like if I want to master a handstand pushup. I'm no beginner but still can't do a handstand, I have no trouble doing 5-10 handstand pushups against a wall but that is it... Where should I start?
Start kick ups and longer hansatnd holds with back to the wall
Program for planche with basics please
What is the numbers that's says that we have Mastered the basics
I would like to see a tutorial about human flag and iron cross step by step
