This guy's unarguably top 3 p4p greatest benchers in the world.
up there with haack fs
Sopazonkov Russian 198pounder benches 620 or so
@davidselawsky6620 I know him brother, that's why I said top 3 and not no.1, that guy Saphozinkov is from a different space but this dude is insane as well for 108 kg to bench 300 kg nearly 3 times bw he will go places.
That is insane strength pound for pound.
That is insane strength.
It's insane strength full stop!
This man is unstoppable. 💪🏼
That is gym reaper's friend and I believe he can press at least 285 kg in competition , 20 kg away from all time world record done by Jeremy Hoornstra. He have the potential to break it considering he is progressing really fast in the last months and he's only 29
In all fairness 29 in powerlifting is right around peak age for strength but yea dude is a beast for sure
But Larry had done 293 kg in competition tho. Different weight class?
@@ytsux9259 Larry was 128 kg at the time, mike is 108
@@tylerspecht7553Current world champion is 36 and getting stronger so not sure thats true..
@AndreRiikonen there are studies on it naming an outlier is not a good sample size. I'm 22 and can do 565 does that mean when I'm 40 ill he able to do over 700 no that's unlikely. Also julius maddox isn't getting stronger he is quite a bit away from his peak self. The difference in strength between 29 vs say 34 is very minimal with 34 being the average peak in strength in powerlifting overall but not by much.
that's gym reaper's friend
Dudes insane, notice how much control he has in his benching, no crazy arch etc. say what you want but he's def p4p greatest benchers for sure.
Larry benched 675 lbs. This guy is obviously still an absolute animal.
Not at 108kg bodyweight
Larry also barely missed 700 as well , if he didn’t hit 675 he would of had a good shot at it personally
Was Larry's 675 in comp?
tng, Larry's best paused bench is 300 kg, 661 lbs, the same as Mike. Except Mike is lighter.
@@KashiwaDaisuke 650 in comp I think and 675 in the gym.
What a beast
Dudes a monster!!!
Not on my best day as a young buck could I even come near anything that guy lifts!
Unreal!!
007
Incredible strength at any weight!
Incredible
I like the wideo.
This guy has done the 200lb dumbbells for easy 12-15 reps
When the day comes… when he is laying flat on his back and has to push something straight off his chest… he is totally prepared.
Bench is a compound movement, ut works all pushing muscles.
What a fucking beast
Wtf that's almost triple his bodyweight
Who is stronger, Mike or Thumbarello?
his shirt tells me he has a good taste in music
If it were larry wheels, i would not be watching it. Well done.
Crazy thing is he doesn't even look that strong but there he is just casually repping 200 kilos
When did he do this?
Wtf is that strenght
Larry I challenge you to a fist fight Brugh
Larry’s record was 675lbs
Straight to the point comparing him to John haack, how is he so large and buff while only being 8 kilograms above John haack weight
I think he is like 175 cm , that's why
You can’t beat el campeon I discovered that guy yesterday lol
The equipment is not why he did it the dude is strong those elbow wraps might give you 10 pounds tops
200kg x 16...what the fucking fuck?
paused......
Larry did 675, Right?
Yea but weighed a lot more than mike
Not paused
Close-grip bench is superior to Wide-grip bench.
Wide grip is hard as hell for me 😅
Yeah, but can he squat and deadlift 900+ like Larry? Larry was well-rounded.
No one said he is stronger than prime Larry, he is just a stronger bencher and also he squatted 370 kg and deadlifted 380 kg with a short sumo stance so don't think he is just a strong bencher
Wtf
only sumos bench beta
You sound like you don't even lift 😂
only betas hate sumo
Welcome to the parrot club, congrats👏
@@RonaldMcdonald-ow3kh huh? my statement is new
Only bench sumo beta
Larry’s record is 675
Yes but he weighed 280 pounds this lad 238
Only betas pull sumo 🙏
Only sumos pull beta
Shut tf up,comment used like a billion times!🤔🙈🙈🤷👁👁🤡🤡🤡🤡🤡😫💀💀💀💀
tf does that even mean
@@Ricemon58exactly what was said brother 🙏
What does it mean then
dont care what fed you belong to, feet need to be flat , no bouncing , I was taught to bench with flat feet, shoulders down no benching off the toes , thats the same as arching
you'rbenching with a small arch is safer for your shoulders and feet don´t need to be flat, who tf benches with flat feet? no point in doing that and also he didn't bounce the weight , that pause might not count in competition but i would not call that bouncing the weight. Why did you make that comment? Mike's top 3 p4p in the world , give him some respect
@@Rubenribeirogoat go view videos of benchers great liters, all bench with flat feet, as was instructed in those days , Dint say this guy was bouncy , just observing other lifters do
No one cares what you were taught.
@@majungasaurusaaaa it shows !😂
He’s just bouncing it up, not impressive at all
Imagine saying not impressive at all. AT ALL??? Even holding 300kg is a feat of its own. And for the record, his form is close to impeccable. Always the jealous people having to talk smack.
He literally paused it. Wtf are you smoking lmfao
your retarded
How can you bounce it when you are pausing it, you must have been high off cocaine typing this.🤦♂️
you must be delusional when we can all see you're a weakling based on your public channel
