That's exactly the point. Muricans are quick to drink the koolaid and say, "Don't buy chinese junk," but muricans are very lazy. I have families who have worked on fruit farms back in the day say that people just take a dump on the farm location they're picking fruit up. Assembled cold food like sandwiches are not sanitary, etc.

I’m not sure it’s okay to freeze it as sashimi grade fish is already frozen then defrosted. And you cant re freeze any type of meat!!!
